Thanks Mark, Yes I think they are ok, we're down to 21 now, rested them today, 2 day delay in the videos

so if 1 leaves the kit and the rest all brake will that not count?

No the WC rules say we need at least 15 birds in a kit to release and have brake, without 2 birds being out (not on their way back approaching the kit). So if I said I will not be scoring I was wrong, or saw another bird being out which was not on camera, sorry
