I use shadowlands consumables (because its cheap) and green gear pieces with leech for the same reason
how did you get the leach gear? Was it just accumulated randomly or was there some strat to finding it.

Funnily enough, this is pretty much wow standard plus plater with quaziis profile. I do reccommend adding a weakaura for class information where the encounter bars are tho (see my arms warrior vid for an example. Heres the import code for the bars and unit frames in edit mode:

Hi, how much leech would you say you have in this video? I think I'm going to attempt the MM challenge over BM, and I have 28% leech with ferocity pet, would that be enough or do you reckon I'd need to buy more? Thank you!
Okay, sort of answered my own question. Just did it but without killing Karam, I just kited him along and focussed solo on Raest while CCing Karam and the adds. I used a combination of speed and leech gear (15% speed from gear and 12% leech without pet) but to be honest I think I had more leech than I needed. i had 12% from items i think but congrats to making it !
@@MrPomGuy How the fuck you deal with all the adds and soaking?? I got him to 19% but can't soak at the same time
@@Diguez Hi! You can send your pet to do the soaks. As for the adds I just simply moved in a big circle around the outside of the platform, and they're generally slow enough that I didn't have to worry about them outside of the odd tar trap/binding shot.

Generally yes, for the MM hunter challenge i added 5 green items with leech to help out with raests damage
kinda feels impossible without the leech gear, i can consistently get it down to just raest but the shadow bolt damage is too much. im on a fairly small server so there is next to zero usable leech gear on the ah. something feels overtuned here.

On other videos I've seen people focus Raest and just kite Karam till the end. I'm trying to that now though and it's tough. This way definitely seems easier if you can ge the leech
@@macca842 yeah i'll have to start trying like that, but its a real endurance test. raest has way too much hp, it turns messy real quick if you try to focus him down without dealing with all the adds
Its definitely not impossible but the leech gear does make it alot safer, like others have said the "proper" tactic is kiting the guy while you kill raest. Its kinda hard to find it on the AH but you can use any item above ilvl 120, could also do old raids to farm leech pieces.
I just beat it last night without leech gear, use your pet to soak the circles and focus the boss in the middle
How could you beat them when you can't attack that target?

Im ilvl 410 with 4 set and 418 Rasz bow and i do less dmg than you
Because its rng fiesta that requires you to grind specific gear and consumables. Don't know why people like such type of content, its not hard but insanely tedious and need to repeat until stars align.
@@salmondx3445 I beat it without any extra gear or anything just the stuff i had. Took 4h but i did it. With a few tricks its easy

Do you find the BM challenge easier?
I found the BM Challenge to be harder. You have to interrupt the tauren with the trap which is fairly tight, lead the worm into the rocks etc etc and on top you gotta do it for a long time.
The MM Challenge isnt easy either but once you get used to the sequence of things its fairly chill (even if you are kiting karam instead of killing)
@@Insane_Kane Thank you. I get a lot of dmg if I kill the brother so I have to kite it. No gear on AH for leech as well :( Would be nice if you do it only with kiting, can you?

His pet gives 15% leech
Iam also using green leech gear in a few slots, i got it for a couple g of the AH
