If my math is correct then ashneer getting deal in terms of:
A)1cr 59L (Principal+Interest) as return on 99L loan(investment) after 5 yrs.
B)1% equity for 1L investment on 1cr
valuation ,but company current valuation is 60 cr which means 1% equity is 60L.
In short 60L return as 1% equity on 1L Investment.
after 5yrs :
nearly 59L profit on loan + 59 L on equity = 1cr 18L total profit on investment of 1cr over 5yrs.
ROI : 118%
Annual ROI : 23.6%
