I’m so glad I saw a video on the Yanchep line, because I couldn’t see it myself. Superb video! Honestly, in my opinion, because there is the Thornlie - Cockburn link coming, they should also build a Fremantle - Cockburn link, which also would go across the freight line, this would be cool because the Fremantle line actually did use to have stations at Mews St, South Fremantle, And South Beach, a Bibra Lake and North Coogee station would be very helpful too I think. This would also be very convenient for me to get to my high school 😅 It would work because they freight tracks are already there, and it could just connect to the Thornlie - Cockburn Link. So maybe it would be an entirely new line? I actually mapped this out and did research on the history of the Fremantle Line, and decided that the stations that could potentially be built with concerns of space and demand: Fremantle - Mews St (The Esplanade Park) - South Fremantle - South Beach - North Coogee - Bibra Lake - Cockburn. I didn’t include a Spearwood station because of lack of space, and the fact that Bibra Lake station would be close enough to Spearwood. What do you think of the concept?
