I've never seen Craig so thrown off and downright entertained as much as during this interview. Chris O'Dowd is one of those rare funny people who can make comedians actually laugh and not feel the need to be part of the joke at all times.
When Chris said he somehow knew Craig used to live in Islington, I wonder if he watched the interview Craig did with his IT Crowd co-star Richard Ayotte. They discussed Craig living in Islington.
Needed a good laugh. Man I miss Craig. I have loved Chris for so long. So many peoplr dont know his work. If u dont, look him up. Especially when drinking
Craig's mother maiden name is Ingram, that was a protestant name in Ireland. Ferguson is a lowland, that doesn't sound Irish. So he better calls himself half irish half Scottish.
O'dowd comes across badly in the interview. His bizzare passive aggressive attitude sort of skews proceedings and throws Craig. Very weird! Only through Craig's surreal and self effacing humour does the interview recover slightly. Very odd! Odowds drawl is very coarse and harsh for an accent from that part of the world. Difficult to understand in parts.
I love how happy Craig is in the end. When the music starts and you can't hear them anymore he seems to say:"Man that was awesome." And it was.:)
