Correction: In minute 8:12 there is a mistake regarding the Nomads and Chaos Magicians: It should be that the nomads place their 3rd building BEFORE the chaos magicians place their last (and only) building. Thank you Jon for bringing this up.
Thank you for this video! I bought the game today due to it looking cool on photos, and thought I'd sort out the rules somehow. I've watched some other videos, but this is the first to actually make me feel confident enough to start picking up the pieces and try it out.
Wonderful video: - great rules explanation for a detailed game in 20mins!! (Time is important because my lazy friends won't watch long rules vids!) - good examples - plenty of visuals (setup, actions, scoring etc) - nice bits of humour - even suggested rules from expansion I honestly have nothing critical to say! Since u asked for suggestions: I would love a 10-15min video on Tigris & Euphrates Look forward to your other vids :) Regards, Salman

Thanks for the detailed but not overly long tutorial. Our game group is going to begin playing this game and now I can learn to play without being so overwhelmed. So glad to see the cat in the video too! Cat adds a lot of character to the video lesson and a calming effect.

what is that plastic layer you have on top of your faction boards?
It's something I bought separately so the pieces don't move around.
@@GamesMadeEasy found them, its 17euros for 1 overlay, that quite steep if you want 5 of them, your looking 85euros for a bit of plastic.
@@greenwolf2299 Let me find where we got them from. I don't recall they were that expensive.
I got them at the local store and they were around USD 25 for 5 of them. Check other places online, I saw a site that had 5 for USD 30.
