      @@mrxexesnope we don't hate lebron.. we hate leflop, legm, lecoach, lestats, legoat.. when every kids mentality was to win.. now kids want to stat pad... It's like I'm the best player of the game in a Lossing team... We all know that no one will give you a best player if you loose...

      @@Marvin-eo8jw Dude, I hate shitting on other players especially dead ones but nobody pad stats worse than Kobe, if you don't believe me go right now to RUclips and search for Kobes top all time plays then count how many of them came against bummy teams. Now do that same search for LeBron and Jordan, and what you know, their biggest games came against the best teams in the biggest moments.
      Oh in the future please don't debate a guy with facts and stats to back his claims with insulting names you bigLeDummy!

    It was always great to watch them play, whether facing off Bulls vs Lakers, or on all star teams or Wizards MJ vs Kobe. You could tell so much respect for one another between the two of them. 👍

    Man I wish we could have seen these two go head to head in their primes. I love the fact that Jordan has always seemed willing to teach, which again is something I have never heard anyone say about LeBron. Also Mindcrime there is a short somewhere in here where Jordan is at his camp and he talks about his mentality of shooting and I'll paraphrase "Never be afraid to shoot, only 2 things can happen, you make it , or you miss it, if you miss it, shoot again, and again, and again never lose your confidence" That's a true "Basketball Savant" As much respect I have for Kobe, I do think Jordan would've won in his prime I feel like it's 1A and 1B but Kobe is still B no disrespect to Kobe beyond robbing the Celtics from another title lol "I missed my free throws so he saved me tonight" ain't never heard a certain other player say anything even close to that

    • @TheRealMindCrime
      @TheRealMindCrime  4 месяца назад +1

      oh man I love that quote! It's literally the mentality of shooters keep shooting. No need to fear. Take the shot and see what happens

    “In that game, at some point, everyone knew Michael and Kobe were going to go one-on-one. So Kobe got the ball, cleared everybody out, so everybody started to wrestle up with anticipation. It was going to be Kobe against Michael. Kobe started to drive and Michael stepped right in front of me and took the charge and went down. Kobe stood over and Michael said, ‘everybody in the effin' building knew you weren’t gonna pass’. The old pro got him and Kobe just started laughing.” John Cusack

    Your comment about Scottie having trouble with the Jordan Jr.’s is spot on! They all lit him up.
    Penny, Hill, Kobe, TMac, Carter, etc
    Scottie was lucky for the unfortunate passings of Bias and Benji.
    I don’t think we’d view him as top3 at his position in his era.

    Crazy thought but imagine if the Lakers had beat the Jazz in the conference finals in 98? We would've got to see young Kobe vs MJ. Rodman would have to guard Shaq. Would've been crazy.

    Goat and number 2 NBa great on this one. Before it was Lou Al in 2 spot, but heck. Let's use also he played with Magic and Wilkes as his 2 all stars in 80 and 84 then again with Magic and Worthy from 85-89. Bill got 11 but he knew Kobe is the right one in that spot. Wearing his Jersey when Kobe passed away while going to an NBA game and telling Kobe that he's so proud of him.

    Scottie's difficulty guarding players who move like MJ shows how hard guarding the real MJ is even when Pip guarded him in practice for the most part. Kobe came the closest but the match up is a little unfair when it does not include the 91 or 92 MJ
