Bee Gees Wild Flower Reaction 1. Love the intro and the begning 2. Love the lyrics 3. It sounds to me like the back beat is very similar to how deep is your love
It is Maurice on lead on this one. Great one. There is many great songs on this album. Living Eyes, Don't Fall In love With Me, I Still love You and Paradise stand out. The first single from this was He's A Liar, a very unusual Bee gees song. As I remember it you reacted to Be Who You Are already.
our sweet Maurice🎵🎶🎵luvely smooth voice of the BGs❤he was so underrated n stayed in the background, but when he sang . It was amazing ☺️..luv n miss you Moxxxxx
I was waiting for this one's reaction. I don't even suggest anymore cause I want them all.. haha This one is awesome. Maurice leads just a few songs, but when he leads, he does a fantacular job. Thanks!!
great album, just after the disco years, its maurice singing the lead, it was also the very 1st BEE GEES album to be on a CD format when CD was first introduce, the album did not get much attention from RADIO STATIONS thinking it will be just another disco album, after the LIVING EYES album, the brothers went on a solo journey for awhile until 1987 when they return with the album E.S.P, during their solo years in the 80's ROBIN release 3 albums HOW OLD ARE YOU, WALLS HAVE EYES and SECRET AGENT, he had a hit during this period with the song called BOYS DO FALL IN LOVE, and BARRY had 2 albums HAWKS and NOW VOYAGER
Maurice on lead, singing together with Barry in chorus, both sound very good together . Most of time, Barry dominated their choruses, so his voice is more powerful. Check out "Walking On Air", also Maurice has leadvocals on their last album in 2001, a few month before he sadly died.
This is an very underrated album in my opinion. It has so many great songs on it. Glas to see your reaction on this song. Good to hear Maurice on lead for a change. Keep 'm commin
The whole Album living eyes is good, its a shame that it was not played on the radio, the boycot of The Beegees after the Saterday night fever Spirits having flown days. Its a shame.
you have to know one thing...in 1981 Bee Gees recorded an album in their new studio "middle ear studio" this album was a MASTER JOB , was called "living eyes"...in fact wildflower owns to that album. living eyes album was completly censored in usa for the radio stations, it was de start of the anti bee gees stigma in that country that remained until today, you have to know that....other increcible songs are...."living eyes" (is like an Himn), or "paradise" (incredible) or "dont fall in love with me (for me the best song for Robin's voice)
Very reminiscent of the Beach Boys. Good song. You need to listen to the Album's title track which I have recommended a few times. The chorus is good. the ending is good. The vocals are good. The lyrics are good.
NEED "All This Making Love"...awesome wacky Beatles song. Sounds like Maurice on vocals maybe. "Wind Of Change" live and studio... Main Course album is 🔥🔥🔥
Great song one of my favs. This is the 2nd song you’ve done after “be who you are” off the album. The other other great melodies are “living eyes” and “paradise”.
Totally one of the best Bee Gees’ songs, I can say that I don’t know any bad song sung by Maurice on the lead. Take a look to Overnight and Lay It On Me. Loved this particular video jajaja!!!
Jay, have you heard Maurice's solo, On Time? I hadn't heard about it until I came across a live clip of Barry in which he introduced #1 son, Stephen, who sang On Time. Barry said it was a song Maurice did. Damn, Stephen can rock! Because it was so different than typical BG songs, I went looking for it with Maurice singing. Found the audio version here on RUclips. Cannot find it anywhere else. Maurice "On Time": ruclips.net/video/jKMhBr0w72I/видео.html Stephen: ruclips.net/video/jKMhBr0w72I/видео.html
1981 was a bad time to be The Bee Gees. There was widespread backlash against the group, they didn't have their core backing band from 1975-1979 anymore and they were suing Robert Stigwood. Robin later called the album "a turkey". Looking at the success and sales from their previous album, Spirits Having Flown, Living Eyes is one of the greatest disasters/flops in terms of success compared to Spirits. The lead single, He's A Liar, was an attempt to break away from disco and even though it went Top 40, it didn't represent the album at all. There were some nice moments on the album - Paradise in certainly the best song - but the album never had a chance to repeat the successes of the past. They were white hot as songwriters in the 80's, but ice cold as artists.
Bee Gees Wild Flower Reaction

This LP went unnoticed because of the Disco backlash. 2 songs on par are "Paradise" & "Don't Fall In Love With Me"

One of my favorite songs of all time

Agreed! It took me a second hearing to place what the harmony sort of reminded me of. This is a lovely song. Great vibe.
The whole album is decent. Title track worth checking out too.
Mauice is lead singer on Wild flower.

👏👍👍♥️😲
I just listened again and you are correct, it does have a backbeat very similar to “How Deep is Your Love” or maybe even a touch of “Too Much Heaven”
Living Eyes is a bit of a hidden gem, an album lost in the backlash but there are some great songs like Paradise and Don't Fall in Love with Me.
Merry Christmas!!!
Please react to WALKING ON AIR by the BEEGEES thanks
Maurice singing !!!
Not to many with Maurice singing lead. This is one of my favorites.
Very reminiscent of the Beach Boys. Good song. You need to listen to the Album's title track which I have recommended a few times. The chorus is good. the ending is good. The vocals are good. The lyrics are good.

Good reaction to a great song! This album is Bee Gees biggest flop ever. Ironically it is a really good album with many good songs.
I think it's good. Really good, but you know I'm sure if I was there at the time I would have a different take on it. ya know
Ok song, not from my fav album . The best song to me off of living eyes is living eyes
