It's very easy to say this and that but some student needs strict rules why because there are many children's who spoils by their parents and never obey and listen to teachers to those students if we talk them with smiles and love they will make fun to teacher if we put little strict and show our anger they will reported to their parents. Being a teacher is not really a easy work to say how to control and how to teach. Every teacher will try to teach good manner as far as i know no teachers will wish to teach which is not appropriate.But the things is students should listen to their teachers.
As a teacher i followed this all these many years but i have a suggestion why the teacher should do the correction at home I also did at home so with out rest i became a patient.Management should consider the work load of teachers they should arrange the periods according to that.Health is important so don't promote teacher like a machine they also have family and house hold tasks.few schools not considered teachers work load.

Madam, does the teacher not have her personal work at home? Why is she asked the papers to be corrected at home instead at school? But personal time/life is disturbed because teachers also having personal life. Justice to be done for that as well. Thanks for understanding.🙏

U are correct mam, teacher should not give priority only to a particular bench instead they should focus on every students equally , because of this the other students may feel unfavorable , This ⬆️ still prevails in our school😟

Free periods we are asked to substitute.And to take their class and no correction to be done.
