Yep dancing in stiletto heels but be difficult and have quite a risk of injury. I am sure they could have worn safer heels or even just flat shoes, with not much difference to the performance.
To be fair, as a woman I feel safer walking in thinner heels than I feel with thicker ones, even when I'm dancing in a party. I know they look dangerous and all, but it's different when you're wearing them. I'm sure someone can provide a decent and better explanation, I'm just speaking from a personal experience. But you feel think about it, it wouldn't make sense to risk the girls like that just to make them look taller for one performance, think about it from the company's perspective. Not only would they be heavily criticized by CLC's fans and general public, they'd have to pay for all the medical care and the injured wouldn't be able to travel/promote/perform. They have nothing to gain and much to lose in this case.
