You need to go into settings, then system, then reset settings and delete all data, but write everything down on a piece of paper, I don’t have it like in the video either. There will be delay.
I take all the steps you do. But only there i can see 3 options reboot system now, enter fast boot and power off ? i go and checked all menu options, There is no factory reset opion. I have: enter fast boot-then i selet-enter recovery- then i press power buton then automatically power off- than start again. Where can I find the wipe or factory reset menu. Please help :-) !! sorry for my bad english

Good video ... if only my 5.4 had the recovery mode option (it does not 😔). I've taken it to a phone place and the tech there couldn't find a work-around either. I've phoned Nokia Support and was advised they don't support this model in this country/region (Australia), yet I bought the phone here! Despite all this, I still want to find a fix, hence my dive into this RUclips wormhole 🤣

I also bought Nokia 5.4 in Latvia and there is no recovery mode, I can only do a reset in the phone.
