HOW? in this video they just give us the example of Preposition with Dativ case. they don't give us WHEN , we must to use the dativ or preposition with dativ
Omg i can’t believe I discovered this channel so late! Such quality content that is life changing! Please keep doing what you are doing, it really helps all aspirants.
This a very helpful video but please note one common basic error in your translation: in English we would never say ‘Since one year I am living in Germany.’ It is more grammatically correct, and natural, to say: ‘I have lived in Germany for a year’.
Vielen Dank ! that was very useful , i had some difficulties with the preposition "Bei" but i conclue that we use it to indicate the place we are in without really belonging to this place. ist das richtig ?
@@LearnGermanOriginal Why is this lesson not part of A1 playlist ? I have been doing the A1 playlist but now I see this video which is not part of A1 playlist
Hi, I have a question. You said that " Du sitzt mir gegenuber" is an example of gegenuber being after the artikel. Can you also say " Do sitzt gegenuber mir?" It would be much appreciated if this is answered!!
Ich hab eine Frage. Why do you translate the present form in the first example: “Er kommt” as “He will come” which is future tense instead of “He comes”? Thanks
hallo , thank you so much for such an wounder full video , can you please explain me the difference between this two sentence (1) ich habe seit zehn jahren klavier gespielt (2) ich spiele seit zehn jahren klavier
"Seit" is used a preposition when you began with an activity sometime ago and it is still going on. (2) is perfectly correct! (I am still doing it) (1) are you talking about an activity that has ended? then you can say: Ich habe zehn Jahre Klavier gespielt. (and I don't do that anymore)
Thank you for the class, sher gut!! This is my understanding PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I'm WRONG !!! ab- "staring from" or continuation "from" of time. aus- when used consumption "of" something directly from it packaged or intended form/ belonging "from" a particular place. bei- working "for"(by) a Company/location of something or someone "near" to something or someone/presence "at" a location. nach- Time/when going "to" a particular place/expression "after" a particular event. zu- when travailing "to" a particular person/when traveling "to" a particular place in perfect present tense (i.e going)/ time "to" for doing a task. correct me,if I'm wrong !!! Danke sehr
Hallo ich möchte dich was fragen. I understand that we are using dativ after these preposition but do we use just for the verb *sein* ? Can we use them with other verbs for example. Ich sehe auf dem Sofa fern.Or anything like that Could you help me to understand?
Hi! Monika, My question is that here zwichen, unter, neben, hinter, these are the important preposition neither you have discussed about these in accusative nor in dativ?
Good video, but at 7:30, I don't think "You can continue to work from Monday" is a very good translation in English. Perhaps "You can continue to work starting (or, on) Monday"
Using the right dative preposition in the right context is the most challenging part.
👌🏻
HOW? in this video they just give us the example of Preposition with Dativ case. they don't give us WHEN , we must to use the dativ or preposition with dativ
GENAU!!!
Ja,bruder
Exactly .this is the most challenging thing in german .mastering the prepositions.

Ich hab eine Frage. Why do you translate the present form in the first example: “Er kommt” as “He will come” which is future tense instead of “He comes”?

Ich sehe auf dem Sofa fern.Or anything like that
Could you help me to understand?
Gestern war ich beim Arzt.
Heute gehe ich zum Arzt .
why we use "bei" in the first example and "zu" in the second one ?
Gestern war ich beim Arzt. (Wo warst du?)
Heute gehe ich zum Arzt. (Wohin gehst du?)
Zum Arzt - to where. beim Arzt- with whom.
ICH denke dir für deine Hilfedas ist sehrtolles
great video!

Hi! Monika, My question is that here zwichen, unter, neben, hinter, these are the important preposition neither you have discussed about these in accusative nor in dativ?
there's a different video or that
It is like: When do you have time for studying?
Wann hast du Zeit zum Lernen = When do you have time for studying?
One small suggestion🙏 when you showing a noun please mention it's plural form also......🙏🙏
Dank
do we put these propositions before objects of the sentence?
great
Sehr gut
How to know which sentence should have an article and which does not??
i have a confusion between ab and von. can you clirify please.
Sehr gut video
Good video, but at 7:30, I don't think "You can continue to work from Monday" is a very good translation in English. Perhaps "You can continue to work starting (or, on) Monday"
Shouldn't we use "aus" instead of "von" in the 1st exmple (Er kommt gerade aus die Arbeit.)
