Hashirama ka Chakra Kurama se 2.5x times tha kyuki usne kaha tha Naruto aur uska Chakra level same hai in 4th Great Ninja war.
Naruto used Baryon mode by colliding his chakra with Kurama and he was left with half of his Chakra when Kurama died it means his chakra was twice as Kurama. Now he is left with same amount of Chakra as Kurama had.
Karin Chakra was greater than Hashirama and Naruto because when someone tap into her Chakra flow that person get healed because Chakra is life force.
Base (Unit) is Kurama's Chakra level :
Naruto's Chakra = 2x times of Kurama's Chakra
Hashirama's Chakra = 2.5x times of Kurama's Chakra (Naruto's chakra + half of Kurama's chakra as per 4th War)

My theory for timskip Boruto
Eida is not going to reveal where boruto and sasuke are to shika maru and kawaki but she still gives information about code and it's army code comes to kawaki and ask him where are naruto and boruto but kawaki don't answer and a fight happen in which both of them gets seriously injured after 5-6 years code will become impatient and will attack on konoha kawaki will see this as a chance because boruto will come back to save his village with the help of sasuke. seeing kawaki not fighting boruto gets confused and assume that kawaki has attacked the village,sasuke will fight code and might die later on there will be a fight between kawaki and boruto
Meanwhile orochimaru will train sarada and there a chance I think daemon or eida will train himawari as eida will regret what she has done
