it works. if you can't do the Gboard method, try to use a pin blocked chip, put the password, scroll the notification down, long press the Bluetooth button, connect the phone to a Bluetooth headphone or earbud that can open google assistant by long pressing the button in the headphone or earbud, ask google assistant to open configurations, go to apps, show system apps and do the steps about google play services that are in the video.
3:22 всё делал по видео, но на этом моменте оно подгружало данные гугл сервисов и опять требовало войти в аккаунт. помогло отключение от WI-FI и продолжение настройки без подключения к интернету. Когда показался главный экран телефон сам сбросился к заводским и опять нужно было настроить. Но на этот раз можно было любой гугл акк написать. Спасибо автору за подробный гайд
