The Lord have been preparing me for my new Chapter moving to Dallas , he have been given me signs and wonders. Maybe its just a coincidence but when I was looking up the origin of the name Dallas, one possible meaning is meadow + dwelling. And Zebulun means dwelling as well.

This word is for who I was clear to say it was for: Children of God whom the Lord has already began nudging & speaking to. Not evildoers or nonbelievers. Those do not belong to Him--He is leading His own. Those who are sold out and living for Him. I'd only encourage you to share it with them if the Lord explicitly told you too. He may be working on their heart, and giving them nudges of what they're missing out on away from Him. As well as a warning that things are coming & it's time to get right!
