Actually the 15-second reverse would still be great for Oracle. If the Bat-family were constantly required to give her status reports, then when something goes ass-up she could basically walk them through on the second try and avoid seriously terrible outcomes.
I think it would fit better if instead of time reversal, it should be precognition. She is named "Oracle" after all, and oracles are those with knowledge and insight. So it'd fit her better if she was able to see 5 or 10 minutes into the future, so that she could guide the team through stuff.

Personally I thought time travel was perfect for "Oracle" rather than "Batgirl" because, yes, Oracle was a techno-whiz but she is named after the Oracle from Greek mythology which had the ability of prophecy. So if D.C.s version had time travel abilities it would make sense because she could essentially predict the future.

Allen Smithee he can't choose what he forgets he just forgets something else in order to learn something new. He can even forget his childhood,parents,friends, anything that isn't what he is immediately learning and it's permanent too unless someone with the power gives him these memories back.

Actually, the Red Hood's(Jason Todd's) skin is fireproof/explosion proof, due to the Lazarus Pit making it impossible for him to die the same way twice(by fiery explosion), which is why he's now a pyromaniac, loves explosions, guns, and even wears an explosive red helmet. It was said that Jason can actually take a bazooka to the face and survive quite easily.
Bruce should have a healing factor, cuz it's basically the same as the plot armor he has in a lot of stories already but official instead of just not explaining how he survives things.

With Jason, I get where you're coming from, but I'd have to say that if he fears being killed again that much, then his power should be invulnerability
I think Damien would have some kind of battle intuition. Not exactly seeing the future, but similar to Deathstroke and Ravager, he is able to fully anticipate his opponents next move and have a slowed sense of time to be able to plan accordingly. Just my thought 🤷🏼♀️

From a little research I think Batman said something about it in Batman: Hush #10 he did say he'll be greater than him one day. But I'm almost sure I remember one instance somewhere where Bruce said he was better. I'm just not sure where.

Id say seeing into the future up to a few minutes or hours would also be good for batgirl or Tim drake. It would allow them to create a plan and look into the future to see how it goes, so they can adapt the plan to get the besr possible outcome
but that's not perfect, and it takes awhile for him to get it down. but if he had the power, he could probably beat superman, knowing his every move before he even does it
I think Bruce should have telepathy. Dick precognition. Jason bulletproof skin or harden skin (similar to Luke Cage)or teleportation.Tim extrasensory. Barbara enhanced healing(similar to the flash). Damion Berserker rage. I don't know much about the last two and i only counted the fighters of the family (i know alfred is a fighter to but he's more like the dad who provides support and protection but only as a last resort).
If red hood could heal or teleport he would basically become deadpool, so i am a little hesitant to jump on to those powers right away, what if he had mimicry and could imitate anyone's voice?
I'm going for a gamut... gonna try to be original: Echolocation (good if you have to work in the dark); psychic ability to induce crippling fear or blind panic; instantly assemble any device from the appropriate parts (can't carry everything in a utility belt); intangibility to get into secure facilities or slip through bonds... EDIT: And someone in Gotham needs the power to cure the mental illnesses of others.

I think you made good choices, and they obviously showed that you put thought into choosing the powers and that you're pretty well-versed in comics and action fantasy. I won't say your ideas are the RIGHT choice, but they are great choices. What everyone else suggests will likely work just as well in one way or another. Keep going strong, you're channel is great!
I’d say Batman has trained a lot to seem like he’s invisible,so why not give him invisibility? Nightwing knows he’s not perfect and can easily die so by giving him a power that he can treat as a last resort would be beneficial such as teleportation-this would also combo well with his agility and his move more,get hit less style Red hood,he’s reckless and fearless,which often backfires so a healing factor would be the most helpful I think Red robin often relies on his bo staff which doesn’t allow him to use as much weapons as other bat family members so to make up for it he could have heat vision-this makes up explosives and projectiles (such as batarangs) Damian doesn’t hold anything back in a fight so something that would give him a slight advantage would be beneficial.I feel like mid reading would be too much for him to handle,since he’s 10 and angry.So I’m going to say either the ability to summon electricity (to slow the enemy down,even by a second) or to identify a weak point (but he can pretty much do this anyway) Batgirl is pretty the same as Dick but she looks up to batman and believes she is better than Dick.Hence she doesn’t think she is imperfect.So instead of a last resort ability increased endurance,which makes up for her lack of armour when compared to batman.it would have also prevented her from going into a wheelchair Cat woman would mostly benefit from something like mind control or mind reading to help her with her manipulating
If batwing would be able to summon a suit from any material, it would be interesting to see the suits abilities differ depending on the material. For example some materials would have enhanced strength ,such as diamonds, while others may have enhanced flight capabilities, etc... It would be an interesting idea to play around with in comics.

I agree with all the powers beside Damian. He should have a ability to control objects around him. So that why he could still be able to use his gear or get advances in fights against foes that would have been a better fighter. Ps, I hope you mention any form of Terry Magines(Batman Beyond) and in the bat family one day.
I think a good Red Hood superpower would be him to be able to instantly pick up a gun and know exactly how to operate it and how to use it effectively. So let's say that there's another Infinite Crisis storyline and red hood has to go onto an alien ship to help out. He finds a gun there they doesn't know he picks it up and instantly knows how to use it and what it does. It would kind of be like Damien's power but except for with red hood it would be guns. But there are some other suggestions that I like from the comments like a healing Factor and I do like your suggestion being able to instantly have any weapon at his disposal. Which would be pretty cool
Jason is my fav so I give him two, the ability of pulling weapons from nowhere and he has a temper, well from what I’ve seen so the angrier he gets the stronger, and faster he gets.

They shouldn't have any super powers. They are who they are because they don't have super powers. You have to be one hell of a human being to do things the bat family are capable of, if they had super powers they wouldnt be that special anymore.

I want to run my own experiment: which Dragonmark from Ebberson should each member of the Bat Family get? Batman: Mark of Shadow. Good name aside, this Mark gives its bearer powers of illusion and divination which would be very helpful in his sneaking, scaring, and investigating M.O. Alfred: Mark of Healing or Mark of Hospitality (this gives its bearer magically summoned/supported food and shelter). Both work well in his role as support for the family. Nightwing: Mark of Passage. This one was tough, but given his focus on agility and his longtime friendship with Wally West, this feels right. Red Hood: Mark of Sentinel or Mark of Warding. One of these grants personal protection, the other lets you set magical alerts and traps, which fits in with Jason's fear of being helpless. Also, the Mark of Death is an option which maybe gives its bearer the power to create the undead (not sure as this one is considered "lost" and its powers forgotten). Red Robin: Mark of Finding or Mark of Detection. I was tempted to give these to Batman as they are very good for a detective. Robin: Mark of Sentinel. The House that bears it runs mercenary and body guard services. Also it makes the bearer resistant to some types of damage, which would be nice for a martial artist who fights metahumans. Batgirl/Oracle: Mark of Passage/Mark of Scribing. The Mark of Scribing grants its bearer power related to writing and long-distance communication, perfect for a computer expert. Batwoman: Mark of Sentinel or Mark of Storm. This fits with her strong, forceful personality and her military background. Batwing: Mark of Making or Mark of Storm. Making probably feels more like it should be his father's, but Needlemouse gave Luke the power to craft his own suit, so this feels complementary to that. Storm just feels like it would fit with the suit's large amounts of firepower. Honorable Mention: Catwoman: She kind of does have a superpower, an uncanny skill at animal handling limited to felines. Thus she gets the Mark of Handling, but already basically has it.

this will probably sound weird but I think that along with healing alfred should have emotional manipulation. he would then be able to help his family even more because he would always use it to help his family calm down after something major occurs and he would use it to defend himself against villains I also like the idea of red robin having telepathy it would suit him amazingly
Interesting, though I think there's room for improvement. 1.) Batman/Bruce: photokinesis. Being able to deprive or overwhelm his foes with light would be an invaluable boon to his work, especially on a stealth mission. 2.) Nightwing/Dick: absolute tactile awareness. Giving the acrobat the ability to know EXACTLY how his body is functioning at all times just seems obvious to me. He'd be able to feel if his movements are even a micrometer off in alignment from what he wants to do and be able to adjust in real time to correct any erroneous movements. 3.) Red Hood/Jason: Hell smear. This one is gonna require some degree of explanation, so hear me out. Give Jason access to a certain volume of ethereal particles that can be manipulated to fit his will at any given moment, this ether could then display attributes of his various weapons, but he'd only be able to use each instance for so long. Say, for example, he uses his ether to manifest a sniper rifle, that instance would only be good for a single shot unless he imbued it with a greater volume of ether, but if he manifested a knife or a dagger, those instances would be stable until he's disarmed(as in he loses his grip on the weapon for any length of time), the weapon breaks, or he dismisses it for a minimized loss of ether. 4.) Red Robin/Tim: object centered chronological awareness. Much simpler this time, he touches an object, he can psychically observe that object's history, human bodies are objects, their thoughts and intentions are not. 5.) Robin/Damian: combative cognition. I liked your take on his powers, but I think if we limit it to only being combat there would be more potential for him. Learning an entire fighting style of an opponent just from a few encounters, being able to perfectly mimic anyone he's ever fought just from memory, that would make him an ideal aid to Bruce, Dick, or Tim in the process of solving various cases. 6.) Oracle/Barbara: infokinesis. She's the pinnacle of information brokers in the DC universe for a reason, being able to extract any information she desires from any source she'd like would make her position ironclad, she'd be unstoppable. 7.) Batwoman/Kate: obfuscation. Being able to psychically manipulate your foes into thinking you look like any number of different people would be very helpful, especially to someone who has to do so much to hide their real figure in uniform. 8.) Catwoman/Selena: levitation. For one, the Bat Family isn't complete without this kitty, for two, giving her the ability to levitate herself or any goods she might be after at the time really plays into her character. She can't make noise by walking if she's not touching the ground and valuables are so much easier to steal when they weigh nothing at all. 9.) Batwing/Luke: psychic connection to his Bat suit. Less that he can manifest his suit from the surroundings, more that his battle suit is linked with his mind and responds to his physiological needs, kind of like the scarab on Blue Bettle. 10a.) Alfred: psychic manipulation. All those stories we've ever read about Bruce Wayne going out and fighting crime, they're not real. They're vivid dreams Bruce has while under the psychic control of his butler, a dream demon under the guise of a regular British man. 10b.) Alfred: salve-ation. Through some way or another, all refreshments prepared by Alfred have the ability to heal all wounds, cure all ailments, and eliminate all toxins from the body upon ingestion.
Batman should have vampire powers. This means super strength and speed, flight, limited teleportation, limited transformation powers and limited mind control powers. I'd imagine that he'd specifically engineer his powers to remove the negative aspects of vampires, but there should still be drawbacks. He'd have to drink synthetic blood to keep himself from drinking real blood, he'd have lower tolerance for sun rays, and he'd be unable to interact with religious items. Healing powers work for Alfred, no complaints there. I think that Nightwing should have speed powers. Not quite like the speedsters, but still super-human. His speed would let him perform his tricks at rapid speeds, letting him fight crime more effectively. I like your idea for Red Hood, though a healing factor would also work. No complaints for Red Robin either, but high mental power is usually associated with psychic powers, so those would also work. Robin's power is good, but feels a bit lame. Maybe give him the skill to morph his body to create the needed weapon for any situation? I don't have anything to add for the others.

Personally I thought time travel was perfect for "Oracle" rather than "Batgirl" because, yes, Oracle was a techno-whiz but she is named after the Oracle from Greek mythology which had the ability of prophecy. Actually, the Red Hood's(Jason Todd's) skin is fireproof/explosion proof, due to the Lazarus Pit making it impossible for him to die the same way twice(by fiery explosion), which is why he's now a pyromaniac, loves explosions, guns, and even wears an explosive red helmet. It was said that Jason can actually take a bazooka to the face and survive quite easily.
Bruce should have a healing factor, cuz it's basically the same as the plot armor he has in a lot of stories already but official instead of just not explaining how he survives things.

I think Damien would have some kind of battle intuition. Not exactly seeing the future, but similar to Deathstroke and Ravager, he is able to fully anticipate his opponents next move and have a slowed sense of time to be able to plan accordingly. Just my thought 🤷🏼♀️

From a little research I think Batman said something about it in Batman: Hush #10 he did say he'll be greater than him one day. But I'm almost sure I remember one instance somewhere where Bruce said he was better. I'm just not sure where.

I don't know much about the last two and i only counted the fighters of the family (i know alfred is a fighter to but he's more like the dad who provides support and protection but only as a last resort).

I think you made good choices, and they obviously showed that you put thought into choosing the powers and that you're pretty well-versed in comics and action fantasy. Nightwing knows he’s not perfect and can easily die so by giving him a power that he can treat as a last resort would be beneficial such as teleportation-this would also combo well with his agility and his move more,get hit less style
Red hood,he’s reckless and fearless,which often backfires so a healing factor would be the most helpful I think
Red robin often relies on his bo staff which doesn’t allow him to use as much weapons as other bat family members so to make up for it he could have heat vision-this makes up explosives and projectiles (such as batarangs)
Damian doesn’t hold anything back in a fight so something that would give him a slight advantage would be beneficial.I feel like mid reading would be too much for him to handle,since he’s 10 and angry.So I’m going to say either the ability to summon electricity (to slow the enemy down,even by a second) or to identify a weak point (but he can pretty much do this anyway)
Batgirl is pretty the same as Dick but she looks up to batman and believes she is better than Dick.Hence she doesn’t think she is imperfect.So instead of a last resort ability increased endurance,which makes up for her lack of armour when compared to batman.it would have also prevented her from going into a wheelchair

If batwing would be able to summon a suit from any material, it would be interesting to see the suits abilities differ depending on the material. For example some materials would have enhanced strength ,such as diamonds, while others may have enhanced flight capabilities, etc... It would be an interesting idea to play around with in comics.

I think a good Red Hood superpower would be him to be able to instantly pick up a gun and know exactly how to operate it and how to use it effectively. So let's say that there's another Infinite Crisis storyline and red hood has to go onto an alien ship to help out. He finds a gun there they doesn't know he picks it up and instantly knows how to use it and what it does. It would kind of be like Damien's power but except for with red hood it would be guns. But there are some other suggestions that I like from the comments like a healing Factor and I do like your suggestion being able to instantly have any weapon at his disposal. Which would be pretty cool

Jason is my fav so I give him two, the ability of pulling weapons from nowhere and he has a temper, well from what I’ve seen so the angrier he gets the stronger, and faster he gets.

They shouldn't have any super powers. They are who they are because they don't have super powers. You have to be one hell of a human being to do things the bat family are capable of, if they had super powers they wouldnt be that special anymore.

I want to run my own experiment: which Dragonmark from Ebberson should each member of the Bat Family get?
Batman: Mark of Shadow. Good name aside, this Mark gives its bearer powers of illusion and divination which would be very helpful in his sneaking, scaring, and investigating M.O.
Alfred: Mark of Healing or Mark of Hospitality (this gives its bearer magically summoned/supported food and shelter). Both work well in his role as support for the family.
Nightwing: Mark of Passage. This one was tough, but given his focus on agility and his longtime friendship with Wally West, this feels right.
Red Hood: Mark of Sentinel or Mark of Warding. One of these grants personal protection, the other lets you set magical alerts and traps, which fits in with Jason's fear of being helpless. Also, the Mark of Death is an option which maybe gives its bearer the power to create the undead (not sure as this one is considered "lost" and its powers forgotten).
Red Robin: Mark of Finding or Mark of Detection. I was tempted to give these to Batman as they are very good for a detective.
Robin: Mark of Sentinel. The House that bears it runs mercenary and body guard services. Also it makes the bearer resistant to some types of damage, which would be nice for a martial artist who fights metahumans.
Batgirl/Oracle: Mark of Passage/Mark of Scribing. The Mark of Scribing grants its bearer power related to writing and long-distance communication, perfect for a computer expert.
Batwoman: Mark of Sentinel or Mark of Storm. This fits with her strong, forceful personality and her military background.
Batwing: Mark of Making or Mark of Storm. Making probably feels more like it should be his father's, but Needlemouse gave Luke the power to craft his own suit, so this feels complementary to that. Storm just feels like it would fit with the suit's large amounts of firepower.
Honorable Mention: Catwoman: She kind of does have a superpower, an uncanny skill at animal handling limited to felines. Thus she gets the Mark of Handling, but already basically has it.

I've always wondered for a couple of years why didn't, Bruce Wayne invent something, that could be a transportation, utility belt myself... If they do decide to do that in the comics or dc cinematic universe, that would be cool...
this will probably sound weird but I think that along with healing alfred should have emotional manipulation. he would then be able to help his family even more because he would always use it to help his family calm down after something major occurs and he would use it to defend himself against villains

Interesting, though I think there's room for improvement.
1.) Batman/Bruce: photokinesis. Being able to deprive or overwhelm his foes with light would be an invaluable boon to his work, especially on a stealth mission.
2.) Nightwing/Dick: absolute tactile awareness. Giving the acrobat the ability to know EXACTLY how his body is functioning at all times just seems obvious to me. He'd be able to feel if his movements are even a micrometer off in alignment from what he wants to do and be able to adjust in real time to correct any erroneous movements.
3.) Red Hood/Jason: Hell smear. This one is gonna require some degree of explanation, so hear me out. Give Jason access to a certain volume of ethereal particles that can be manipulated to fit his will at any given moment, this ether could then display attributes of his various weapons, but he'd only be able to use each instance for so long. Say, for example, he uses his ether to manifest a sniper rifle, that instance would only be good for a single shot unless he imbued it with a greater volume of ether, but if he manifested a knife or a dagger, those instances would be stable until he's disarmed(as in he loses his grip on the weapon for any length of time), the weapon breaks, or he dismisses it for a minimized loss of ether.
4.) Red Robin/Tim: object centered chronological awareness. Much simpler this time, he touches an object, he can psychically observe that object's history, human bodies are objects, their thoughts and intentions are not.
5.) Robin/Damian: combative cognition. I liked your take on his powers, but I think if we limit it to only being combat there would be more potential for him. Learning an entire fighting style of an opponent just from a few encounters, being able to perfectly mimic anyone he's ever fought just from memory, that would make him an ideal aid to Bruce, Dick, or Tim in the process of solving various cases.
6.) Oracle/Barbara: infokinesis. She's the pinnacle of information brokers in the DC universe for a reason, being able to extract any information she desires from any source she'd like would make her position ironclad, she'd be unstoppable.
7.) Batwoman/Kate: obfuscation. Being able to psychically manipulate your foes into thinking you look like any number of different people would be very helpful, especially to someone who has to do so much to hide their real figure in uniform.
8.) Catwoman/Selena: levitation. For one, the Bat Family isn't complete without this kitty, for two, giving her the ability to levitate herself or any goods she might be after at the time really plays into her character. She can't make noise by walking if she's not touching the ground and valuables are so much easier to steal when they weigh nothing at all.
9.) Batwing/Luke: psychic connection to his Bat suit. Less that he can manifest his suit from the surroundings, more that his battle suit is linked with his mind and responds to his physiological needs, kind of like the scarab on Blue Bettle.
10a.) Alfred: psychic manipulation. All those stories we've ever read about Bruce Wayne going out and fighting crime, they're not real. They're vivid dreams Bruce has while under the psychic control of his butler, a dream demon under the guise of a regular British man.
10b.) Alfred: salve-ation. Through some way or another, all refreshments prepared by Alfred have the ability to heal all wounds, cure all ailments, and eliminate all toxins from the body upon ingestion.
Batman should have vampire powers. This means super strength and speed, flight, limited teleportation, limited transformation powers and limited mind control powers. I'd imagine that he'd specifically engineer his powers to remove the negative aspects of vampires, but there should still be drawbacks. He'd have to drink synthetic blood to keep himself from drinking real blood, he'd have lower tolerance for sun rays, and he'd be unable to interact with religious items.
Healing powers work for Alfred, no complaints there.
I think that Nightwing should have speed powers. Not quite like the speedsters, but still super-human. His speed would let him perform his tricks at rapid speeds, letting him fight crime more effectively.
I like your idea for Red Hood, though a healing factor would also work.
No complaints for Red Robin either, but high mental power is usually associated with psychic powers, so those would also work.
Robin's power is good, but feels a bit lame. Maybe give him the skill to morph his body to create the needed weapon for any situation?
