hey babe, just a little tip....you should steam your broccoli rather than boiling it. boiling it takes away the nutrients. to steam it just, fill a pot with water, put another pot of your broccoli on top of the water, pop a lid on top and leave it for about 12 minutes x (you basically cook it the way you melt chocolate on the stove but you pop a lid on top)
a Bolognese sauce needs both tomato puree, chopped tomatoes and a pinch of garlic powder if it is going to be homemade. If your a fan of garlic, you can put more garlic powder in.

Hack when making mash potato, add a little milk with the butter. It makes them sooo creamy, also the potato peeler your using 😂 if its the same as my one that looks like that, is rubbish, I got it from tesco. If your buying one for your house buy the ikea one, it's cheaper and soooo much better
