I don't think any human can love two or more people equally. I think the man can love them differently but treat them equally and with respect. And yes there is a different process for the woman who wants to get divorce from her husband
In Islam can the woman also say "I divorce you" thrice and the marriage dissolves? Does that rule apply only to the man? Or is it a different process for the woman? AND does she think it is possible for a man to marry and love/ treat four women equally since it is what the religion stated?

A woman is not authorized to issue a divorce to her husband; hence, the divorce issued by a woman has no bearing on her Nikāh.
