Oh, it's easy, bro. In this build, I'm not using Blazing Cape, but I'm set or added an energy core to my build-on equipment. You can customize your build-on equipment for every hero.
It has different advantages, and I also use both of them depending on our enemy. When our enemy picks Hero with high damage and Hero can surprise you with the combo, you should use the tank Build (example: Daji, Wukong, Han Xin, Loong, Lady Sun, etc.) And then if our enemy chooses a hero with a lot of HP or tank build, you should use damage build.
