January is gonna cost me an arm and a leg. It’s so bad. 😭 And yeah it sucks that NetEase hasn’t been able to produce a new figure. But I understand that these things happen sometimes. Hopefully they do get out of the hole in the future because I would love to purchase some of these figures in the future! I cannot believe this happen with him! Again companies shouldn’t be allowed to do this in my opinion. I’m sure some people are excited that he’s getting released way earlier than he should, but I saw some people on MFC are giving up their PO. But yeah other companies will probably do this in the future with releasing way earlier than they should, which at the end of the day shouldn’t be allowed. It also gives you more time to make sure the quality is there! Why the rush!? 😤 Thank you for your best wishes! ✨ I hope someone gets delayed to February at least for some weight off my shoulders. Do not stress about cancelling figures on Amiami! If they haven't sent you the invoice for it yet, they do not mind at all anymore. I have cancelled so many POs over the past year and I have even cancelled an order that they had invoiced me for because the shipping was way more than I expected and I haven't had any issues.

Oh that Daki & Gyutaro figure is beautiful, I never seen that, I’ve ordered a resin of them, can’t wait to get it. Also can’t wait for the Akaza Nendoroid, I have all the other characters, can’t wait to add him, he’s the first villain. I just wish they’d start making all Nendoroids like the stealth suit My Hero Academia ones where the arms & legs have actual joints, they’re so much better, you can position them however you want and the arms & legs aren’t falling off every time you move them or dust them.
The Figuarts Zero is really cool! I’d love to see them in Nendoroid form is GoodSmile takes the time to make them. It would be a cool setup with the other Demon Slayer Nendoroids. I’d love to have more range of articulation on Nendoroids! Personally I’m not too bothered by the joints. Some people aren’t the biggest fan of vicious joints, but for me if it means more posing options I will take it.
@@SakuraUnboxing Oh the My Hero Academia Nendoroids are so much better, they’re so much easier to pose whatever way I want, they even have articulation in the top of the body, where the chest meets the stomach. But yea I can’t wait to get all the Upper Moons in Nendoroids, only problem is it’s getting very crowded on my shelf with all of them, I have them all on top and around the manga.

I’ll have to wait probably till nearly the end of the year until I get some statue cases, I’m going to get a large Moducase for my Berserk statues and then that will give me extra space, as I can put some statues on top of it.

That’s a good idea! Honestly I might sell my Spy x Family Nendoroids. I got the Loid Nendoroid and am underwhelmed with him personally. I mean I feel like I should have expected that from the pictures show, but ordered him anyway. I feel like I’d rather have the SH Figuarts versions of the characters for possibility options and they have tons of facial expressions. I feel like I’m a clown for preordering him when I could have waited for him to release and got him cheaper. 😂
@@SakuraUnboxing Yea there’s not much to Loid, I just have mine standing holding his gun slightly up in the air, not much else I can do with him. The Demon Slayer are my favourite Nendoroids, lots of different posing options I can put them in. Then Fate would be my second favourite, Altria (Alter) even came with a horse, Ishtar came with her huge energy bow, Kingu came with an entire extra body that’s kneeling down on one leg as he does his ability to bring up all the chains, they also come with it. They usually come with loads of accessories.

...I had the exact same thing happen with the Wei WuXiang Yiling Laozu Version, ..but here we are xD thank god that was already payed for, i wouldnt have had 340 bucks laying around randomly xD some people in a danmei group already received him and posted some pics, and he looks absolutely AMAZING he's actually the first big figure I ever preordered, so I'm pretty excited about him ....which doesnt diminish the confusion I felt when I was notified he'd release in January and I rechecked with 3 friends who also had him on preorder to make sure I wasn't absolutely crazy

I’m very surprised the DHL price for him was only 1,000 JPY more than EMS. Still went with EMS to save a bit of money though. 😂 I was absolutely baffled when they moved his release date so early. I had to check the MFC page as well. I feel bad for those who had to cancel him though since I saw a few comments of people giving up their preorders for him. I’m glad people are saying he’s amazing! I’m gonna try to avoid looking at pictures of the figure and even box because I would like to be surprised once I get him in. I love the Fate figures, I’ve seen nearly every Fate anime. I have 11 Fate Nendoroids and 2 figures. But my most anticipated figure this year is from Fate, it’s Semiramis from Phat Company, I cannot wait to get her, although I had to pay $399 for her.

I should watch the Fate series because it does look visually stunning. And that is definitely a dedication to the series to preorder that many figures! I hope that the Semiramis figure will be worth it for the price! And hopefully she won’t get too delayed as Phat company likes to do a lot.🤞
I PO then canceled the Wei Wuxian - 1/8 - Yi Ling Lao Zu Ver. on Amiami as I can't afford him in January. Amiami is probably sick of my wishy-washy PO habit...haha. January is an expensive month for me for a non-anime figure-related reason. I plan to pick him up with Xie Lian 1/7 scale on GSC Global site in Feb 2023 if they both are available on the site. For 2000 yen shipping for both, I think it is worth it to pay retail for them. If not, I guess pick him up on Amiami and ship him via surface. Just so you know, WWX Yi Ling Lao Zu is already released in China and his box doesn't look too big. Folks are speculating that he will probably fit in a 120 box.

Usually when I have work my extra income goes towards Masterpiece Transformers both 1st party and 3rd party figures (while I'm still a fan of the franchise, I've grown to like the engineering more). Then model kits (getting into Gunpla, god help me), and miniatures. I also always make sure to get Nameless (my cat) treats and toys. He always comes first.

I noticed that more companies are getting into figure kits like Star Wars characters and anime characters (like the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Nezuko Kamado kit). I hope they eventually bring out more. It's a good way for people to see just how articulation works in case they're ever interested in making their own figures.

Making articulated figures isn’t easy and a lot of engineering goes into it. The only sort of customizable figure I made was a Nendoroid Doll and it was mostly with the head sculpting with the hair and sword and sewing fabric clothing. I would like to do that again in the future for more characters I like that don’t have any figures.
@@SakuraUnboxing If you do, get an Angora or one mixed with it or a Maine Coon or a cat mixed with Maine Coon. They're extremely affectionate. If you find a Californian, they're also affectionate and will want to be in the bathroom with you when you're bathing as they love water. My old one liked laying on my stomach while I bathed and would splash me.
I canceled my Tamamo no Mae figure because of the change of release date of Wei Wuxian since I wasn't gonna be able to afford the two of them, but thanks to this video I hope I can buy him in the future... fingers crossed 🤞

The Tamamo no Mae sadly has already been discontinued by netease games. I had him on preorder and just recently got the mail from amiami =(
