I am not allowed to use any grain for thickening. What shall i do? Like no rice/corn flour etc. Not even ragi. Please help.

1.Take 1/2 raw potato. Cut and grind it smoothly add it in soup then boil for 5 mins
2.use boiled potato smash it in a paste form and add it to the soup for thickening

Never put rice/corn flour directly it form clumps,make a slurry of it in water separately and then put it.
