I won't get deep into the fact this method is used to give vaccines to Cows, the fact people don't understand Nanotechnology and metals can be implanted in people. Not because ignorance is bliss tho because the news and social media make you more ignorant when they instill hate in u and feed u disinformation. Our natural state is one of bliss and u have to shed the coat society has plagued u with before u can reach that state again.

Lex Fur It’s generally good to avoid negative people, but sometimes people (especially during this pandemic) are in a crisis and are negative because of that, and simply avoiding any negativity can cause true friends or family members to feel ostracized when they need help the most.
So as a general rule, that one should have exceptions unless you’re not mentally in a place where you can even deal with it (as I have been at times).

Same here, I had to do a lot of research into how to beat depression which led me to specific dietary & lifestyle items that really help, none of which the army of doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, counselors & social workers I’ve seen through the years ever brought up. They just offered anti-depressants (which never worked for me) or offered to approve disability / social security. I was told many times that I’d likely never be able to live independently and was told I should quit expecting to work. At 30, when I was going through multiple crises simultaneously.
Glad I wanted to prove them all wrong! Over the next decade, my career took off and I was much happier. Though the last year and a half has been rough (in large part due to stress & the pandemic).
It’s sad how quickly these people give up on their patients. They wouldn’t do that if they had cancer, why do they do that with mental health issues? It’s not due to money as there are plenty of ways to profit from providing proper help (this video’s guest shows one way that can be done). I feel that it’s just one of many limitations of how the medical system is built.

I've learned that narcissists, psychopaths and sociopaths have less gray matter in a part of the cerebral cortex called the left anterior insula so they don't feel empathy and guilt.
(People with PTSD show abnormalities in the hippocampus, amygdala, and medial prefrontal cortex, which is an entirely different matter. Some defenders of narcissists seem to think that the brain is just one big lump.)
I wish MRI scans were compulsory so normal people would be forewarned that they're dealing with a secretly sadistic being. Our society would be much improved if:
      1. Narcissists, psychopaths and sociopaths are NOT allowed to become caregivers, counselors, managers, religious figures, or public servants.
      2. Narcissists, psychopaths and sociopaths are NOT allowed to become parents or have any dealings with children.
      3. Narcissists, psychopaths and sociopaths are NOT allowed to own guns (apparently, mass shooters are narcissists who flew into a narcissistic rage).
I'm sure the list could be longer, but that's all I can think of right now. I've been posting this in the hopes that someone in power will see it and make it happen.
Some people ask for sources, so here are a few:
      www.livescience.com/37684-narcissistic-personality-disorder-brain-structure.html
      www.livescience.com/39904-why-psychopaths-lack-empathy.html
Also, I've learned that the US Military and Secret Service, and even Israel, the home of Krav Maga, are learning Systema (which is a combat system tested and proven by the Russian Special Forces for survival during war times, unlike Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Karate, and other sport martial arts, which are all exclusively for one-on-one).
I wish Systema were taught in schools (starting from kindergarten) instead of useless P.E. If everyone were skilled in self defense, there would be less kidnappings, assaults, and rapes because evil-minded people would hesitate to attack anyone, knowing they'll be in for a real fight, battling for their own lives.
      Here's a link about Systema:
      marylandsystema.com/systema-russian-martial-arts-is-one-of-the-secret-services-strongest-weapons/

I allowed myself to FEEL MY PAIN & SADNESS & as much as it almost destroyed me many times ( I was raised by a narcissist as a mother) ... & let me tell you how many times I was suicidal from going into emotional flashbacks of abusive events constantly being triggered by my mother- but I never numbed out & I never resorted to any medication which all would have been a bandaid. Not sure how I survived it all but I did . I always believed in working through my issues and not escaping them however, I totally came to understand why people check out and become addicts of whatever substance suits them- the pain at times was unbearable but I just couldn't escape it as a temporary fix . It's not who I am .
My ming is very strong and mentally with all the abuse I have suffered, I finally learnt how to stand up for myself . Took a very very long time to feel worthy to stand up for ME . and there are times I still struggle with FEELING WORTHY which is what led to the depression ( being raised by a narc esp another female is HELL ) .

I have always paid attention to Dr. Amen since I saw him give talks on Public television. Just the fact of him having reverence for the cognitive issues facing people and how he linked MRI scan patterns to behaviour was to me so intelligently practical. I wish he had many clinics in Canada as our youth are facing a pandemic of suicides and accidental deaths linked to drug use here. He is relevant and his work absolutely necessary. Please teach others how to do what you do. I know that not everyone has the necessary psychological depth as someone like him, yet there has to be a way to keep this work going and gaining traction in the western world. Many many blessings to you Dr. Amen.

Finding clinicians with the balls to say what they really think is, unfortunately, quite difficult.
This is something that became profoundly obvious to me when I decided not to continue with my medical career... the group-think that I saw in former colleagues etc was stark, and very bad for patients, and rather than listen to those patients, clinicians only give credence to papers written by people they don't know - that becomes their Tx gospel, to the patients detriment.
Most (literally the majority) of papers aren't independently verified, and way too much "expert opinion" (that is heavily colored by the very group-think I mentioned) is used as a substitute... whilst their patients are literally begging to be listened to.
A substantial number of drs are simply rubbish, IMO.
They're so egotistical that their patients can literally scream to have their story heard... but it won't become accepted (by their Dr) that the patient was right until decades later.
