I don't have a schedule for deep cleaning my fridge. But I do clean it out and wipe it down on the inside weekly. I try not to bring restaurant condiments into the house but it's a fight because my husband thinks we need everything from the little ketchup packets to restaurant napkins. :) I am always going behind him throwing that stuff out and he never misses it. Thank you for the inspiration. I think I will put it on a schedule to deep clean my fridge as you did every 3 months because wiping it out and tossing leftovers weekly keeps it pretty presentable.

4:04 I try to clear out the bad/expired foods every week, usually before a trash pickup day, but as far as pulling out all the shelves and cleaning them- I don’t have a schedule. I just do that when it’s obvious it needs to get done.
