This tutorial page is, in my view, the best resource on social media. If Hugo doesn't offer it, then it's simply unnecessary for me to learn 🤷🏼♀️😂
Side note: Could you play "Lady" by Kenny Rogers? It's for my grandma who was widowed at 35 and never remarried because she believed he was her one true love. That song holds a special place in her heart.
Someone could explain the theory behind this? Like how can U switch from an F to an F# in the same song.. know that sound stupid but I really can't figure it out
This song is in C Major and in most part of the songs you're going to see the common chord progression of 4(F) 5(G) 1(C). Now the question is why the F#? I think it's because in C Lydian there's one sharp and it's F. What happened here is that Bruno borrowed that note in order to follow up with some brightness after the Am coming from a G Major.
So basically it was just to create more emotion and not really to be like something so out of this world, but it's just there because it sounds good.
