I love you to share so much with us... it is wonderful. When I lived in Ankara, lived across street from USSR (before the fall)... Russian Embassy. 2 doors down from Pakistani Embassy on Dedakorkut Sok. If you ever go to Cankaya I will keep looking! We also live on Yesilyurt across street from mosque. I loved living in Ankara for the 2.5 yrs I did. My parents went to wedding & tell me most beautiful wedding ever AND it lasted for several days. During time I was there, capital Ankara, only had 2 stop lights in entire city, as police directed most traffic. Your sharing makes me so happy because Turkey was significant for me in my childhood. May you & your family truly be blessed. ty so much. Sandy in AZ. You are beautiful woman, your husband is blessed!

How beautiful are your cities, quiet and elegant, Turkey's creativity comes from the kindness of its people
Thank you!
Amazing Turkey
Love it when you visit rural areas. Perhaps because I live in a city but my grandparents were farmers so the smell of dill and garlic are deep in my memories. I’m not sure if you have done it before but I’d love to see how pomegranates are grown and harvested.
That’s lovely. I would love to film pomegranate and harvesting if I get an opportunity

Amasya does look very beautiful. I know I would enjoy visiting there. Thank you for the video. Amasya has a wonderful farmers' market. Okra is my favorite summer vegetable which I eat often prepared many different ways, but I like it best sliced into 1/2 inch long sections, then slightly breaded with corn meal and fried to a light golden brown. I have never seen the kind of okra as shown in the Amasya market and your video. Do they harvest it when it is very early (young?) The okra we grow here is harvested when it reaches three inches to five inches long, but I prefer the three inch lengths as they are more tender and less fibrous. We also eat the okra blooms as well, cooked somewhat like Japanese tempura vegetables. I don't recall eating fried okra when I lived in Turkiye, but I'm getting somewhat aged, 70 in December, so I may not remember it, properly. I think your relatives were trying to trick you into taking a big bite of the Isot pepper! LOL This was a lovely travelogue, thank you!
Hello Michael! Probably the type of okra is different I think. I hear your version covering with cornmeal and deep frying but never tried it, I should! FOr the isot pepper, I think the boy didn't think it was going to be hot when you continue to eat as I thought so but I was more careful :) Thank you
I always love to watch all your videos whatever you upload I enjoy them ❤️🥰 specially travel vlogs 👌😍❤️ thanks alot 👍❤️
