Rather you have to eat healthy food and get your bp/vitals checked so they can release you if early (if you're in quarantine facility but really depends on your body). I suggest you eat three times a day and take vitamins b and and ascorbic acid, that's what they told me but consult your doctor first, And if you're concerned about the can't taste thing try eating some citrus like orange, lime, lemon (this is for common colds, you won't lose anything trying :) Stay healthy po ~
That mixed rice with egg yolk, crab intestines tho 🔥 just put those soy sauce of the marinated crab on the rice and mix 😋 ah.. I want to try it once in a lifetime.
