It's strange because when I visited John Julian's grave at Luxembourg cemetery, I was listening to this song on my phone and it really tore me apart, specially the lyrics. It was a very eerie experience and I cried my eyes out. And now I see this song for this scene, it brings a lot of memories back. Thanks for making this. It was beautiful, shattering and sad. Julian's death could have been made even sadder in the series if they had explained that he was actually one of Babe's best friends. They portrayed him like a replacement that Babe wasn't close with. That was a mistake.
I have the hole series of band of brothers it really means a lot that someone does respected our military like this my dad was a recon sniper in the marines and my dad has a lot of PTSD because he saw his brothers die right in front of him he served 22 and a half years in the marine corps and he loves the band of brothers because It reminds him of his son died in a hospital 6:30AM August 8th kidney failure he cried every day on that day so do I because I was not able to say goodbye to him

My great grandfather was there and at the invasion of Normandy and D-Day Omaha’s beach he sadly died a month ago from cancer never forget him amazing and lovely person and I’m really proud of him for surviving all the sad things that happend during that time lieutenant nathan Campbell (1919-2017)
My granddad was a B-17 pilot and he had four cousins that were on the same plane as them and he died due to a enemy fighter in one of his cousins got out but he was captured instantly killed by the Germans during World War II
My grandpa was in Vietnam bit came home due to a injury then died of cancer life is not fair I hate it I wish he was still here to see how far i come from the little child he knew 😭😭😭

Happened to a lot of soldiers in war sadly some were killed immediately and those bodies are just forgotten now just bones left poor soldiers :(
