Power tow hooks have been around for some time. I diddled one last year on a BMW.
Lamborghini has been using hexagons in their design for several years, since they started using carbon fiber in structural elements. Carbon is the 6th element, so hexagons.
I guess it's really a reference to the hexagonal benzene shape, which is the the structural element that is repeated over and over again in carbon based materials like graphene, graphite or carbon fibers.

My 24 y/o hatch also comes with no rear wiper. Thank goodness for that. Rear wipers simply looks like a tag on.
I believe that the hexagon motif used in many of today's Lamborghini models, comes from the 1967 Marzal concept car, designed by Marcello Gandini at Bertone
