What size does my rivet nut tool need to be to install the riv nuts for this particular set of flares? I see the one Metalcloak has is for 3/8" and 1/2".
Dose anyone know if metalcloak makes fenders wide enough to cover 37 tires? Some states require full coverage over the top and sides of tires and I would like to put 37 on my JL Jeep.
Whether or not you have full coverage depends a lot on other factors like what wheels you are using and what backspacing or offset they have. Also the width of your tires. In general, though, for the average 37 x 12.50 on 4.5" of backspacing you will still have an inch or two exposed outside of the flare. Our flares, as a note, are about 1" wider then stock.
Overlines are High Clearance (allowing for 37's on a stock JK), High Strength and are a two piece design. The Overlands have standard clearance and are one piece. Overlines are not available in aluminum.
@@xbpbat21x No. The front Overlines have additional supports for strength and the rear Overlines require installation of an ExoSkin that provides extra corner strength. Overlands mostly mount in the stock location.
@@metalcloak Man, you are fast! You have won me over. I just would like to know which is better...I really like the idea of the lighter Aluminum...are they as strong as the overlines?
@@xbpbat21x The Overlines are the strongest and beefiest we offer. The Overlands in steel are strong, but not as strong as Overlines. Aluminum, though, is going to be weak. It is just not as strong as steel in this application.
Just put your guys lift in my buddy Jk an you only gave me one front shock hardware an one rear shock hardware I think it takes two per side so only the driver side shocks are in please help........ps the lift install is not as easy as everybody said it was going to be but it's done

No Rivet Nuts on the Front Overland Fenders, but you will need a 3/8" for the Rear Overland Fenders.
@@metalcloak Thank you. I noticed in the video that a tool was supposed to come with the fenders. Mine did not come with one. I had to go buy one.
@@HoldMyBeerJeeping It is a simple bolt with a special machined nut and star washer. It was not in the kit?
@@metalcloak that’s correct. Not there. Just the bolts washers and nuts.

This one: Our Full Width rear bumper and tire carrier... metalcloak.com/jk-wrangler-rear-bumper-full-width-tire-carrier-72-bpc.html
What is the difference between the overline and the overland? Does the overline come in Aluminum?

Thanks Metalcloak...is the installation the same?
