They have to, they’ve updated everything, even RR and Lego.
If epic decides to rotate the maps once in a while to chapter 2, 3 and 4, I would definitely exclusively play reload. I've also seen people suggest that epic can make 4 different maps and every game you play, it will have a random chance of being chapter 2 or chapter 3 or any chapter.

That's a good idea but I think it'd be more consistent with challenges if they just rotated maps every few months
They should do an Apex Legends system where they have 3 or 4 maps and it’s a periodic rotation every hour. That would be nice
They should make a poll every 2 weeks (aka once every fortnight) asking what POI they should replace another POI with. 4 options, and throughout the season, changing what season/chapter they come from.
Only location i would want replaced is Lazy Laps, barely any loot with a lot of players that land there

@beanboyjohn it would make sense with how much they're pushing Creative modes. They could build a block template right in the first screen of UEFN and feature user created POIs like biweekly.

Could be fun if they made an “all stars” kind of map featuring popular POIs like Mega City or a map that’s fully packed with all snow POIs (the map can be themed around a whole biome theme)

After firing 900 employees I doubt they’ll be able to keep up weekly updates like they did in Chapter 1, especially with other modes the big man Tim Sweeney wants to push for his metaverse.

Also btw the reason you only got the Heisted Maven is because sometimes you can only get one of the exotics in a chest instead of all of them, I opened a chest and got the Red Eye.

They should make a map featuring every poi ever created. They could even do little group ups like putting Tilted Towers and Lazy Lake together. I feel like this would be really cool

It should add 1 poi every 2-3 weeks until we have the official full island. The system will shift from unlimited reboots, to a set number getting lower per update, then normal BR when the full island is *rebooted*

Definitely Open to Multiple maps so each game could be a totally different map.
Im also open to them swapping 1 or 2 PoIs out every week or 2.
What I really want is modern graphics. You can have a nostalgic feel without Save the World level graphics....

They should have multiple maps with the diff pois but have them on a rotation like cod or apex. Like every 30 mins it changes or something

My problem is that while the map is a fourth the size of the regular br map, it's only half the players, so it feel very crowded

What do you know my third game with like 25 people left I opened a chest and got the exotic sharp tooth. They should add pois from other chapters like the agency or the citadel for more variety than just chapter 1

Idk about weekly updates cause content could run dry fast but I do think biweekly (every fortnight if you will 😂) or on the same schedule as Battle Royale and Zero Build updates would be good

I’d just like them to add a solo, duo, and trios option
Just make a reload map for every past chapter and have them rotate like the maps in Apex Legends, every hour or two it’ll rotate to a new chapter
Epic must’ve changed the exotic chest to just randomly spawn one of the 5.
I feel like the approach Epic might go for is changing the map to a different chapter each time.
Chapter 2 map, Chapter 3 map, ect.
The reason there wasn’t 5 is because it was a glitch that it would give you the same exact item when you opened a chest it was quite rare especially with the exotics but it did happen and this update it got patched

They would probably add 2 locations a month and rotate some of the loot pool
Also you can get solo Exotics from chests, the rare part is getting ALL OF THEM from the chests.
You can get one heisted a chest, but sometimes you get all five.
The thing is I can see where you are coming from however this is how warzone does its resurgence they do have a couple of maps for it however it all started with just rebirth I think we will get other maps like resurgence on warzone
mr doog, dirty docks is from chapter 2 and dusty is from chapter 1, which means we might be getting more chapter 2 poi's soon
i love og fortnite and reload but 1 thing that i hate is the lack of rotation and movement mobility items
They should make the og chapter 1 map if it ever came back. They should turn it into a seperate game mode and it only accepts the og skins from chapter 1. Most of us must have at least 1 chapter 1 skin

I think updates could be cool but maybe once a month and the og map shouldn't really ever come back unless its for a limited time thing.
The problem is that if epic brings the chapter one map back so often it wont feel as special
To confirm yes you technically did get scammed I felt that way too I got the run n gun smg (died not even a few minutes later) but I guess it’s hard to get just one and harder to get all in one

But the point of reload is for it to be a small map. Honestly I think that they shouldn’t update the map at all. I see it as Fortnite’s rebirth island (as it is practically just Fortnite’s resurgence)

Map shouldn’t just change, lootpool should change also. The amount of weapons should be reduced and for variety we get lootpool rotations.

i think theres no need to change the map, but instead make more remixes of the other chapters and so u get one of the maps randomly every game

Yeah but instead of it being random maybe it’ll rotate the selection weekly and then rotate between them every 30 minutes similar to how it’s done in apex legends. And they create a few of these maps for each chapter and the selection changes each week.

The reason why everyone disliked chapter 1 season 9 and 10 is because there where to many changes and it didn't feel simple and fun. to many changes could make the mode boring like Fortnite chapter 5 it's to much
