In one of your other videos, I remember you mentioning that Amazon may not be fond of being used as a drop shipper and suggested considering them as a backup or secondary supplier. However, in this particular example, it seems that they are being used as a supplier. Could you provide some clarification on this? Has there been a change in your recommendations between the two videos, or did I misunderstand something? Thanks!

As far as amazon is concerned, it is one the largest source for DS, I don't think that it should be used as secondary supplier. However, if by somehow an item is not available the time when you have to ship an item, then you can use any other backup supplier to avoid any ding on your eBay account. I hope It may help you.

Your ship from address should correspond to the state that your supplier is shipping from. For example, if you're shipping from US warehouses, use a US ship from address. If you're dropshipping from multiple suppliers, it doesn't matter which you choose.
