Just get a Tracked Skid Steer with a brush hog and an Air Conditioned Cab to protect you from Bees, Hornets, Sticker Bushes, Dust. You can listen to music, take a call, and use the machine for something else later.
@@foxxrider250r Maybe start with a good used one, but one trip to the hospital would cost you more. All that dust in your lungs might shorten your life too.

I can see this working very well as a ride on brush hog. That being said, anyone hoping to use this as a traditional zero turn is going to find their lawn completely destroyed by those tracks. It’s hard enough to use a regular zero turn without tearing up the lawn.
I use a TRX 766 everyday, I mow Grass with the Rough Terrain Tracks and do not tear up the Grass. Now you can’t just whip the mower around, but it is possible to turn the mower and not destroy the Grass. I love mowing with this machine.

It’s not a lawnmower no one with a residential house needs this ever. It’s meant for large commercial mowing at for example solar farms where I literally ride one for about 10-12 hours a day. Mowing down 7-10ft tall brush 10-12 hours a day for at least 5 days a week. The company owns 28 of them. What these are built for is not a “pretty” cut. They are meant be a workhorse. We have tried all the big elites out there and all are so much less comfortable less grip can’t handle the bush and break all the time. Yes other mowers are better and not leaving clumps of grass, BUT when you mow what is actually meant to be mowed with the deck a pretty cut is not going to happen because that’s not the design. It serves a very specific purpose and absolutely crushes it
Changing the blades is the same as any other mower. If you get the all terrain deck the blades are designed to last much longer than the traditional straight blades on the Aero Deck.

The Altos will cut areas that the Ferris cannot safely reach - but it is underpowered, and the cut with the swing blades is average at best. The Altoz also tears up the ground turning much worse than any other mower I've ever used. The Altoz leaves a nasty pile of clippings on the back right side of the deck area. It is a very poor design. Everyone has their own opinions - I get it. I have a hard time support the "best" label.
Not really! If you look at other specialty mowers out there the prices can be nearly double this. It’s all a matter of perspective, who you are, and what you need.
