I wasn't able to extract that .exe file on my computer because I have WinZip installed. It wouldn't extract, only wants to zip that file. Any ideas how to get the RAR extractor menu to show up?
Never mind. I found out where the files were extracted, and it worked! Thank God, because I was getting ready to lose it about HP. How did you figure this out???? Amazing and thank you!

Followed your instructions but after printing the test page successfully, any other printing keeps trying to print the same job over and over again. Also, I get a printing error message each time but the printer still prints. Any ideas?
