As far as the Portal goes, NMU may have had the best college hockey player to ever come out of the portal to date. Hank Crone. What a talented player. Hopefully he gets his shot at the bigs.
Lot of pressure on this new class especially Hampton as our potential new G1. Hopefully they live up to the hype and move us to the top of the CCHA with our current #1 class
#1 Recruiting Class in the country (11) plus two portal players who had 21 points and 28 points respectively last year. With the best Goalie recruit in the Nation as our starting Goalie, NMU will be young and extremely talented.
