Yep, I didnt think there would be any till at least next week but when I got wind of this I knew it was going to be good to see. Have seen and filmed mowing 14th April back in "19.
Thanks David. Yes, but not uncommon in Hampshire to be in April. Earliest I've seen for round there is 14th April few years back. And yes while on holiday this week in Cumbria, grass certainly looks a bit more behind. Looking forward to see what things you capture on camera this year, seen quite a few nice outfits on your videos last year.
@@TechnoMoffat Hi Tim. Yes hopefully I’ll soon be getting out and about again, got a few farms in mind that I plan to visit, mostly older haunts but with any luck some new places and machinery will crop up too. Looking forward to your videos too, I always enjoy watching them. Cheers David
Nice! 😁 That Fendt look really good, must be really pleasant to operate. Happy holiday Tim, relax and have a good time so you can bring us more joy soon!
Thanks Chris, yes it certainly does, wouldnt mind a go at driving on myself not had the chance to yet. Yeah certainly will and I'll try to but lot of people to catch up with and film while I'm on holiday.
WOW and Still April !!! , needs a bit more growth on that, was told someone is mowing up here in the north West, if i can catch the siloing i will upload, cheers . 🦽
Perfect for cutting now this was nothing wrong with it, not uncommon to be cutting in April down here but normally last week of April and thick crop. Can hardly see front of the mowers so it's not exactly lawn clippings
@@TechnoMoffat thanks very much for your comment, just thought that with the price of Fert one would take a heavier crop taking in to account fuel prices, cheers . 🦽
@@B1066agri yes, however part of reason for early cut is one of the fields is being put into maize, not sure which one. This is currently only farm that's got grass ready but, another farm is cutting next week somewhen and this farm wants quality over quantity being a dairy farm as well.
That's a beautiful Fendt combination Tim!!
It sure is Jan, thanks!
Didn't think I would be seeing a video such as this in midfle of April. God that is some grass.

Thanks Johan.
We have grass as tall as that but nobody is cutting yet - we had a frost last night! You might catch some Maize-drilling up here . . .
Thanks Alan, last had a frost at home just over a week ago. Will have to have some tips then to find that then ;)
When are you planning on arriving up here?
@@balmesh got here yesterday, parents came up few days before I did though
