When someone is able to afford a villa or Indipendent house, this maintenance isnt an issue. If we do price comparisions, at same villa price which you get at our skirts, here you get high rise in the heart of the city where schools, hospitals, malls and all are nearyby where a villa in outskirts wont even have a basic needs.
