Human Nature harmonise so well. Love this❤
Human Nature were in awe of John and they had just gotten back from a 5 year contract on stage in Las Vegas. They went back I think for another 2 years. It was John’s birthday concert where Tom Jones dropped in on a big screen behind him to sing Happy Birthday to John and to say he was sorry he was in Las Vegas and couldn’t be there. John has always been humble and he always finds a way to put everyone at ease. Thank you.

Dacks are Aussie slang for pants. Track suit pants are "trackie dacks".
John freely admits that he often forgets the words to songs that he has even sang 100's of times - once when he had long flowing blonde locks, he said "it's the hair (as he tossed his head back) it's taken all my brain power" A funny man! The joy in John's face while performing can't be faked - he loves it! Human Nature: so much talent there too which John acknowledges.
Singing and making people happy is he's drug of choice
But he didn't mind a drink and cigars as well and put it down to he's jaw cancer
These boys spend 90% of their time in usa singing and one of their songs

He really is so good at any age. I have seen people comment that they didn't want to watch something of John older as they expect him to have lost it - they are seriously missing out!!!! He never loses anything 😊😊❤❤

1997 release, John with Human Nature .
John was a heavy smoker for years and years but you wouldn’t know it.
Human Nature had a residency in Las Vegas for around 10 years and the song is a old Motown song your parents more than likely would have played the original song when the two of you were growing up or it was on the radio or television and John can sing just about any song and make it sound great even without Human Nature
You know John smoked for many, many years and I think he liked a drink. Not sure that he was that in to his personal health.
He fully gave up smoking cigarettes in 1992 on the last night of JCS and started giving up a few years earlier and started going to the gym. John would have a drink with his band but was not a drunk and didn't take drugs. He wanted to be home with his family, that's why he didn't make a big thing about getting into the USA.. He actually helped and supported some of his friends through their drug withdrawals. He did smoke cigars more when he got older but he got very ill.with a lung infection, which really shook him up and he gave up completely just before his 70th birthday. John is not proud of his cigarette smoking. Jilly, his parents and his mother-in-law all gave up at the same time as him in the late 80s. He said in one interview - he had to do it not only for himself but mainly for his boys. What a beautiful family man he is as well as a legend ♥️💗💖

Sadly, John was a prolific smoker for most of his life, although after his recent cancer surgery, I'm hoping he has put the cigarettes behind him..

The other song HN and JF sing together Who's Loving You was Written by Smokie Robinson and made famous by MJ❤
Every Time You Cry was written for JF by Gregg Sutton and Shelly Peiken and recorded for the Romeos Heart Album but was never finished. Later on HN recorded backing vocals. And it was released as a single. When it when to number 3 and they started performing it live together. It ended up winning the ARIA award for the highest single of 1998. And the rest is history ...

It’s weird Carolyn. I’ve found 2 or 3 different opinions on people who wrote the song. That makes no sense. This one also has same lyrics they sang but different writers - weird.
