The Patrick Ta reminded me of the Shiseido Revit. foundation and although more coverage the Revlon Illuminance. I can't wait for a review of the Dior foundation and Milani you have coming.

Oh dear, Charlie's totally ghost-and-or-bug hunting there 9 and a half minutes in! That finish is gorgeous, and so is the shade match. Now that my skin is dry, that dewy thing is usually fine by me. One exception is Zoom meetings, but this looks nice on camera. And I know this isn't your goal, but you look...younger?! Guess that's the hydrating and smoothing action.
Hi Shelly, thanks for the video! I've seen a review from another influencer with dry skin where she also said the Patrick Ta foundation didn't seem to set down well. I think, but I'm not certain, that she put some powder on it although she doesn't normally do that. Also, I concur with you that the product has no added fragrance, going by the ingredients list, and it also has no alcohol or fragrant ingredients. Good for the brand!

I loved this foundation. I had an almost perfect color match, it meshed well with my skin when I applied it (but I did have to apply it with a brush and finish with a sponge), and then I had issues. It was finicky when powder was applied. Even then it didn’t fully set down. Product blended nicely on top but still :/ I ended up returning it after it sat on my vanity and was only used twice in a month. For almost $60, I better love it through and through, not have any issues, and not be able to put it down 😂 I ended up with a Natasha Denona midi palette instead 😂❤

Wearing Merit foundation currently. They have added some new colors in the fair range. Ceramic is a great match and feels great on my skin. I do use powder to set. Definitely not dewy, but maybe satin? Too funny. Charlie is biting and playing with her tail. I got the bronzer and blush! So pretty!! Mine are in the lighter shades, and I'm very happy with them. I recently picked up ciele’s skin tint since it was in quite a few 2024 favorite videos, and I’m really enjoying it. I think you would especially like the extra spf in it if you haven’t tried it already!

The color match looks spot on....but not crazy how it seem to emphasize fine lines! You have great skin and this did not hightlite that enough. You have much better

Difficult plastic v glass dilemma. I’m moving more and more towards the thinking that plastic is actually harmful in itself whereas glass is inert. I think the argument is more about our incessant consumerism and throw away mentality. Sometimes I don’t like myself - especially when I get in the way of my own drive to buy buy buy. And then I love myself again 😂
I’m dry but this just wouldn’t set even with a powder! The new revolution serum is way better 🙌🏼 would love to see a review for, Chanel Les beiges water fresh complexion touch 🙌🏼

Nikki LaRose mixes this one with the newer Elf foundation and gets such a beautiful result. Increases the longevity too.
