When you can mix basically 4 notes insanely well for heavy atmosphere, this band is proof of that. Imo the vocals always end up sounding thin and angsty from this band but that’s just me. The empty church was ominous. Idk I still listen to heavy music but like more melody nowadays. The last heaviest band I saw was Slayer who sounded amazing live. Agree that knocked loose music is probably fun to play and for live. But a lot of this music just puts me to sleep anymore when not live. God told me to tell you hi ✨
