Thankyou for this training video. When I started cross-country skiing over 40 years ago on the West Coast of Canada, it was just catching on with the public in general. We had little material to learn from regarding training. I have done some citizen races but mostly backcountry skiing. It is great to have an athlete of your stature to provide some instruction for beginners.
