    This soft orange cake you can call it cake, sponge cake, bread, whatever you like, but this recipe that is made with 1 orange is a delight for any event or just for a coffee afternoon with friends or family.
    Not only do I teach you how to prepare this orange cake, but I also show you how to avoid that annoying mountain that prevents us from making beautiful decorations.

    Ingredients:
    3 Medium chicken eggs
    1 orange juice
    150 gr Pastry flour (1 cup + 1 tbsp)
    150 g Sugar (2/3 cup)
    125 ml sunflower oil (1/2 cup)
    5 g Royal baking powder (1 tsp)
    2.5 ml orange blossom water (1/2 tsp)
    Pinch of salt
    You can use a blender, an American glass, a thermomix or mycook type food processor or an electric mixer.
    It is important to use a 15 cm mould if you use a larger one, I recommend you to double the quantity, because if you put this quantity in a 22 cm mould... the result is a flatter cake.
    This recipe can be used for a 3-milk cake or to make a 2-layer cake.
    This recipe is inspired by the recipe of our friend Lucake, Italian pastry chef, although the ingredients, quantities and moulds vary after our own tests.
