Turn based games do be showing me that anyone thats often depicted as crippled/always sitting down suddenly standing up is the most menacing enemy thing ever
My thoughts on this railway : - K corp hong lu Carry this fight. dude didnt give af when 4 Unit attacking the guy. - its the hardest to record.. because when restart return to wave 1. - if sheep body broke it wont give its strong attack (which is paon i have to restart). - to fight bygone days (the gourd). when you hit the gourd. the painting sceam. attack and destroy that painting. otherwise you screwed next turn. - W corp having fun here.
You don’t need to remember which painting is the right one as the correct painting will use a shield defense rather than an evade defense. It will also literally be wooed “my master!” Or something like that
I don't even know how bygone works I just wack the defense painting and it works? The sheep strong attack didn't bother, more that he keeps rolling high and screwed Nclair over
It's strong on both sides, I spammed Outis Binds (and Fluid Sac Faust to refill SP) to semi-cruise through the envious fights (also never let the enemy fire their egos, especially if it's WAWs)
@mtacrdipo7870 I don't like Ego spamming Kinda cheap Which is why I don't much like the Sinners fight since it's not only very long but also they force me to ego spam There is probably a better way but idk how
Load into fight at 0 SP and have to face that shit :P Now that I think about it, these fights vs the BS skills+EGOs we players get is the first time in LC I've needed to actually lean on pin+staggering enemies instead of always overpowering them. Reminds me of ole LoR. In all seriousness, I got lucky enough with Faust Fluid Sac vs faster enemy; then, idr if it was YS Dim Shredder or Ryoushu 4th Match to beat it, staggered half the enemies, and focused him down next turn with all IDs that weren't clashing.
Sheep 200% represents Angela (dream of eletric sheep is not only about androids but its literally referenced multiple times in LoR) Portrait i uhh... Have no clue? Someone says that this adnormaly represents the binds of a leader; The peccatulas of envy represent the followers of this leader, and the king in binds represents the leader, a leader who sacrifices part of himself (his freedom, time, mind, etc...) for his followers, these themselves being his binds. @@hydrochloricacid7927 At the top of my memory: - Portrait: win clashes until the multiple portraits phases, then after revealing the portraits (and being able to clash with them), make sure to finish off only the portrait with a Defense skill (which will say "Master's Portrait"), as the others are immune. Proceed, as normal, with defeating the boss. - Butlers: If you want to play it safe, don't kill too many butlers at once, as at the end you'll get to fight both Josephine and Wolfie (if enough butlers are left, only Josephine will have space to appear initially). IIf you get both Josephine and Wolfie at once, focus on staggering Wolfie quick so that you can finish him off and then focus on Josephine (she can't be staggered due to her passives). - Envy IDs (in general): easier to fight than expected, just make sure to prevent them from largely winning clashes, focus on bringing them down as soon as you stagger them (pretty squishy, have multiple stagger thresholds); Use their Sin/Damage weaknesses, they take a fuckton of damage like that; EGO-spam when needed, especially against their own EGOs; finish each one fast, before they Corrode; Also, as a trick from Library of Ruina: if an ID cannot be clashed against, but you're faster than them and they're close to a stagger threshold, do an unopposed attack on them to stagger them before they dish out their own strong damage (especially if it's an EGO) - Electric Sheep: 1st turn, just eat the AoE and focus on damaging the sheep; afterwards, keep clashing with each skill, while putting the weakest ID (will have to alternate 2 IDs, 1 per each turn) to clash with the Battery enemy, to gain the buff that is then used against one of the Sheep's skills next turn (thus, pairing the Battery to the ship); Do this 3 times and you stagger the Sheep - King in Binds: for the chosen buffs, prioritize Clash power (as that's generally the best), otherwise maybe choose Haste (for ability to attack unopposed against Envy IDs); Fight IDs as usual (they are stronger here); 2nd Phase, simply keep clashing and winning agaiinst King in Binds; when he does his AoE, check that all Allies have the specific Buff (gained passively by winning clashes against him) that essentially gives you Shield to resist the AoE; the allies that have that buff can simply ignore the AoE and focus on dmg, the ones that don't need to bunker up as much as possible;
"Present thyself before the king" being unclashable is dumb. Dude got 3 of my sinners corrode in one single swipe, including Heathcliff with binds and yi sang with sunshower
A shame that with all this epicness and pathos this abno is the easiest one from all railways, it literally seems like devs forgot to finish his gimmicks or went full in making this game braindead💀, just win the clashes, sometimes by using ego, and he is cooked
- PM creates one of the most entertaining Railways by giving us backup thus creating opportunities for tactical sacrifices, which also allows longer and more nuke-friendly fights; adds full-on identities as enemies that are glass cannons that make you be wary of speed, sanity and ego resources. - they make last boss a pretty simple aoe+sinking combination that also helps you (and your enemies) by giving you a buff of your choice - "devs went full in making this game braindead" Well aren't you overdramatic
@@gone2heaven178 agrees with the backup system, but not so much about envy peccatula enemies, doing ego spam isn't fun especially if its heavily recommended unless you want to taste a whole lot of egos staggering your team (deadass 2nd turn on final station there always atleast 3 egos going on your way) king in binds is pathetically easy since its just win clash and doesn't even have real gimmick like my form empties (if you use the karma gimmick) or spiral of contempt (if you aiming to finish faster) I actually liked the gimmick of the portrait and electric sheep, it's a new thing regardless of how short it is its not braindead or anything, but if its that predictable, well, it ain't that fun isn't it?
