Enhanced Recovery After Surgery DIEP Flap

Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) improves the overall experience for patients following many surgeries. We use this in breast reconstruction and have studied it in DIEP Flaps. We have shown a significant reduction in length of stay and postoperative narcotic requirements.
