What people don't realize that riding a motorcycle is about how much fun you have on it. I was against RE b/c I kept reading comments, I still went for a test ride and my god I was blown away. Maybe because I've never owned an Adv/Scrambler type bike, (I owned a 2nd hand Honda Dio for college, and have Classic 500 from 2010) but the vibrations are reduced, it looks pretty good to me, and I don't like to nitpick about small things because you can never enjoy anything in life if you start nitpicking about everything.
Just hear my advice guys, give it a test ride, that's all I'm saying. If you still don't like it, nobody is forcing you to buy it, but don't let other people's opinion change your mind.
In old days of 80s & 90s we used to get only center stand for all 2 wheelers and side stand was an accessory, now it has reversed since ladies started using scooters and bikes

Side stand is more suitable for new riders and practical for daily use

After watching this, I immediately went the next day to the RE showroom and test rode Scram 411 and bought it. It's my first bike that I bought with my own money. @@dhananjayasewad4361 You won't feel the weight once you start riding it. I am 5'11'' its perfect for me when it come to height. Yeah I do feel the heat from the engine when I stop for more time in the traffic but its a 411cc engine we can't complain 😅
Been riding Classic 350 BS6 for some months now and must say RE still have lots to do in terms of build quality.
After 2020 royal enfield build quality is not much good . But still good from jawa yezdi .

I just took a test ride of this bike.
I’d been searching for bikes for 2 months now. I have driven close to 12 bikes now including yezdi, bajaj, and the likes.
When I laid my hands on this bike…. I was content to my bones that THIS IS THE ONE.
Leaving all the small niggles here and there, The amound of FUN I had while riding this bike was like no other.
I booked it the same day.

Took my friends scram for a spin, seemed like a pretty decent ride. Now im confused between scram411 n himalayan, panniers fixing for long rides will be different experience.

Scram for simple adventure but can perform rugged on muddy road and in city u can rip on turns, for abs u can remove the cable and for over all city highways off road and 200 mm is enough and engine same but scram is little peppy 😃 i am booking they after 2 mor
I was assured after riding scram, that its engine was more refined than himalayan, better throttle response, less noise, less vibrations in the red line, less stress in the red line too
U can go for both.. abs switch on/off doesnot matter much. U can litteraly go everywhere with this scram where himalayan can go... only in extream offroad that thing matter which is unlikely in 99% case. Due to 19 inch front wheel its always easirler to maneaur.
I have test ridden both the Yezdi Scrambler and RE Scram….RE is very easy to manage in heavy traffic or for occasional adventure ride but Yezdi Scranbler is very sporty..
But thats not the nature of the bike. Scrambler means that it should do everything, even highway rides and even off road

How it looks just doesn't sit well with me. They could have introduced a design that didn't resemble so much to Himalayan. Scramblers don't really have a design language or restrictions to be honest, but I love the looks that Yezdi Scrambler carries and furthermore other Scramblers in the international markets look way cooler. The design on this bike seems like afterthought.
So many things removed from himalayan and still didn’t make much difference in price and weight.. really disappointed.. hope royal enfield launch hunter and new standard with better pricing statergy as most royal enfield models are getting so overpriced that a common man can’t afford it anymore😟
I will go for Himalayan best for touring and if I want a scrambler then yezdi has set a platform in its segment

I recently did a 900km ride on Interceptor 650. The 1st 600km I was riding at about 120kmph and ended up getting about 26km pl, in the last 300kms of my ride I was crusing at 90kmph and got a mileage of 33km pl. Which was fantastic. Now, in a similar run, what is the kind of fuel efficiency i can expect from SCRAM 411?

You can easily get 33-36 in highway.. speed should be 70-80

Here me out. Every ADV is a scrambler but every scrambler is not an ADV. Scram 411 on the other hand is a motorcycle which is the size of (just) a scrambler but is actually a small, more accessible but full-fledged ADV. That's what makes it the best scrambler on the market in my opinion.

Aaj maine iska test ride liya within the city traffic as well as off-roading... i didn't rev much...still felt the heat too much... thighs mein heat toh lag hi raha tha...seat bhi garam feel ho raha tha after riding for 30mins...

Idk why people still think LED Headlamps are better, Halogen are still superior in terms of light throw on the road. LED "Looks" bright but their throw is terrible.
Also anybody driving on the opposite side is going to be blinded completely.

This is shit from RE. More or less Its a copy of Himalayan. Yezdi came up with a great scrambler, now RE must do something. So they didn't think anything and made a couple of minor changes and here comes the scram 411. We didn't expect this from RE. This is a great company, they should focus on Himalayan 650, bringing LED , tubeless tyres, alloys, liquid cooling.
