تستعرض الحلقة الثانية تعريف الأنماط المختلفة للسياسات الثقافية وخصائص كل منها، علاقتها برؤية الدولة للثقافة، دورها في النظام السياسي، وتأثير هذه الأنماط على منظومة العمل الثقافيّ في الدولة.
The second episode presents different models of cultural policies, their characteristics and their connection to the state’s vision for culture and its role in the political system, as well as their impact on the state’s cultural ecosystem.
