So basically the family liked being rich so much that they rather skim on money to remain rich, but now it looks like they're going straight to poverty because the groom can't stop making bad investments.
Those who are rich and stingy, I've always wondered what they are saving the money for. When they pass away, they aren't going to be able to take it with them. Being frugal and spending money is great, even when you're rich. It is funny how some do make bad investments or gamble continuously and lose their money very quickly.
I do not spend a lot of money on things but I am being prudent not cheap. First I will decide on what I want to have in my life and then I will save up the money to purchase that item. While I am saving up the money to make the purchase one day in the future, I will check the price on it regularly at different stores. Even when I do have the money saved up I don’t rush to the store to purchase the item. I will wait until the item is on sale and since I have been checking the prices for some time now I can tell when it’s an actual sale and not something that they doubled the price on before claiming it’s on sale for 30% off.
@@krazycatzHaving grown up in an apartment, when I bought a house and had a front lawn I could decorate for holidays I bought A LOT, but all on sale. My biggest triumph was buying a 12 ft lit Christmas decoration that normally went for about 1500 dollars for 100 dollars including shipping. It was from a Christmas in July sale.
Automatic dislike for yet another ending that thinks that getting trapped in an abusive marriage is "funny karma". It's just sickening taking something like that and reducing it to a punchline. Jesus.
Anyone who would cheat with his fiancée's sister (untrustworthy behavior) is going to be untrustworthy in other ways. People who are abusive in one way are very likely abusive in other ways. The fiancé cheating with the sister was a red flag for the original sister but should also have been considered a red flag by the sister he cheated with...if she was intelligent, she would have realized it was a red flag. Instead, her ego considered it a compliment to herself and ignored the untrustworthiness of the man in question, the man she was "stealing". The outcome is not karma but a predictable outcome based on his flawed character.
As the youngest with older siblings almost all of the clothes I wore were hand me downs. When I was able to go clothes shopping with mother it was not at an actual store but at a neighbor’s garage sale or a church rummage sale. In high school I had the reputation of being one of the most fashionable student in the school. Students in the school’s photography class often asked me to be their model so they could practice taking pictures of people. I remember how shocked everyone at school was when I told them that I purchased most of my clothes at various thrift stores.
Nothing is wrong with them unless it's done specifically to show a difference in treatment between siblings, i.e, spending more on one child than the other or taking one childto buy new clothes and only giving hand me downs to the other. I used to get my cousin's hand me downs. It really didn't bother me much, but I also got to go shopping for some new items as well.
No one can force you to do what they want, unless you’re a child, in jail, prison, or court ordered. Other than these things an adult can walk away. Good luck getting any compensation in America.
Dude If you don't wanna get married, just say so and leave. You don't have to marry someone just because you're engaged. People change their minds all the time I have no respect for this woman, going along with that family's bs so meekly And Amy... Just run away and divorce that loser lmao

Wouldn’t they already have the good stuff she wanted for her wedding and already have to pay for the good stuff. No idea why op would even want to marry that guy. The not flushing the toilet thing would be absolute deal breaker. Even if we didn’t live with his family I wouldn’t even visit that family. Also they are dumb because not flushing regularly would cause clogs and getting clogs fixed can cost a lot.
Why would the staff just leave based on what the grooms family said? They would 100% talk to the bride or the wedding coordinator. Writers, stop doing wedding ones until you have researched them.
The first sister was having second thoughts and actually did want to get out of marrying Richard. The whole planning the wedding made her realize how stingy Richard and his family were.
I think that if the first sister had canceled the wedding that Richard and his family would have made her pay for the entire cost of the cancellation. They might have also sued her for emotional distress making her pay money to both Richard and his parents on top of paying the entire cancellation fee for the wedding.
The sister can get a divorce with no problem .
It's called Financial Abuse . And yes , she can get a settlement.
