If she is discovered as being a fake they not only can have her arrested but they can potentially kill her and her father. She was told by him that if they’re true identities are discovered it can be deadly. She’s trying her best to do and say what the real girl would have to keep up the ruse. If she refused to eat mango, that would’ve been a tip off that maybe she wasn’t who she said she was. It seems like the family also bullied her to let the nurse draw her blood on the ruse that the woman supposedly was in delicate health when she was young.

Hottest scenes! I don't understand why the director had to spoil and distort the beautiful face of the actor with all the disturbing lights...so annoying! It happens on every closed up scenes. Such bad lighting positions! I want to see the actor's face not the stupid bright and blue light! Duh
