They are allowed because women cricket is not watchable as men cricket ,wait till IWT win wc or wpl become little more mainstream and they will not allowed them to.nobody give thier market to other country if bcci allowed men cricketer to play in foreign league indian people will start watching that league means more eye ball means more add ,means more revenue to that board that operates that league which eventually break the monopoly of bcci now why on the earth one country let other country to use thier market.indian generally don't understand basic economics and you are one example of that.
