The Kitchen countertop return is called Peninsular. Also the CEILING is called tray ceiling. Replied by MDG CONSTRUCTION GROUP OF COMPANIES IN AFRICA BASE IN TORONTO
Ghana has such fine housing stock now, a family could literally just sell in the US or Europe, get on the plane, and buy a turnkey house on the spot the next day and move in. I am noticing how several of the houses/townhouses lately have no provision to protect vehicles from sun, provide a covered area or garage? BTW always great to see you 👍🏻
Just like places in south America where they rarely have basement, Ghanaian houses rarely need basement like cold regions. It's cost for little benefit. Just build a storey. Only places with basements are sloppy lands
@@aberba nah bro. The only places where basements are not allowed in the US are costal cities and its coz of flooding and hurricanes. basements are usually colder so it will be great for warm weathers like that of Ghana
@@menscodesigngroup-toronto-8288 Why hasnt it be done? houses in Gh goes for ridiculous amounts of money already so am sure a lot of buyers can afford it if developers do it. Dont tell me you gonna add basement after the house is built
This house has a fair amount of LIGHT coming through. I love the kitchen and the whole decor , LOVELY!!
This is one of the better interiors that Ive seen in the houses you go in ! Looks like a UK house.

Love the doors. The finishes are lovely. One of the better kitchens. Not bad. Outside space is disappointing but the shower rooms are nice.
Thank you for sharing. Thinking about purchasing in Ghana and lived there for summer. 🇺🇸

I've never seen a house in GH with a basement. Is it like they cant do it or what? Btw this house is very overpriced
It would be ideal to maximise space honestly speaking
It can be done if only you can afford the cost.🇨🇦

Ghana builders do not value back yards. Beautiful homes, no back yards. Hmmm.
It is because the developers try to build as many houses on the purchased land as possible. The smaller the backyard, the more houses they can build.
Houses in Ghana are way...way overpriced
