The Mets Actually Win a Game | Mets Fan Recaps (05/30/2024)

despite the 8th inning continuing to exist in the game of baseball, the Mets persevered and took game 1 against the Diamondbacks thanks to a decent outing by Christian Scott, Lindor going 4-4, and the bullpen actually doing their job (shoutout Danny Young). I wasn't sure if i was going to recap this one, but just because it ended up in the typical Mets danger zone (tied in the 8th) and they actually got the win, I figured I would do one to help balance out the two hellacious recaps from before.
